The "great room" includes two beautiful matching white sofas around a majestic fireplace, This "favorite room" also includes specialty art lighting, beautiful art and comfortable furnishings, a baby grand piano, 14' ceilings and pocket sliding glass doors leading the way outdoors.
The separate dining room has a large glass table that easily seats 10 and can accommodate 12 if need be, specialty lighting, incredible art and a delightful view of the outdoor pool/spa and golf course.
The gourmet kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and center island. It includes a breakfast table for 6, ultra-quiet dishwasher, a double sink, a side-by-side Sub Zero refrigerator, a built-in oven, a Jen Air 4 burner electric cook top with additional barbecue grill, a microwave oven and granite back splashes. There's an additional Butler Type pantry providing a second refrigerator, sink and additional counter work space.
Off the kitchen is a side by side commercial washer and dryer.
Leaving the kitchen you'll appraoch one wing of the home that contains two of the four guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, sitting area, walk in closet and private patio. The second guest bedroom or den on this wing has a full size sleeper sofa, perfect for teenager or single traveler. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tub and shower.
On the other side of the home you'll find the wing with the master suite and three addition guest bedrooms. Walking dawn a vast hallway full of pristine art and sculptures you'll approach the huge luxurious master suite which includes a California King size bed, spacious sitting-reading room, his and her master bathrooms and beautiful furnishings and wonderful bedding. This suite also features a fireplace for those romantic evenings. Beautiful art and one of a kind sculptures add an extra ambience. A separate room affording fabulous outdoor views is also available.
The master bath is truly is one of as kind, actually two full "His" and "Her" bathrooms, each with walk in closets, relaxation areas, zen like atrium, soaking tub and shower.
Guest bedroom one has a queen size bed, separate sitting area with table and 2 chairs and a comfortable sofa. There's also a private pation availabe for that morning coffee.
Guest bedroom two has a king size bed, another sitting area, walk in closet, full bath and 25" TV.
The custom library/office guest bedroom three includes a partners desk & business center and a custom built in, queen sized murphy bed hidden in custom cabinets. Another walk in closet and full bath. The library also includes wonderful reading chairs. All this together with high speed internet and secured wireless network throughout the property.
The media room is next with a full wetbar, small refrigerator, gas fireplace, sofa, table and chairs.
Outside, overlooking the saltwater pool & spa, there is a covered outdoor living room size patio with luxurious outdoor furnishings and unobstructed views of Thunderbird Country Club.
The pool is complimented with beautiful chaise longue chairs, club chairs and cocktail tables & an outdoor cabanna bath complet with indoor shower.
The garden includes specimen desert landscaping, custom outdoor lighting & fantastic up-closegolf course and mountain views. The landscaping, particularly the trees, are lit at night to create a true resort atmosphere.
There is also a 3 car garage with direct access into the home, in addition to plenty of additional parking in the large driveway.
The entire property is situated in a security guard gated complex for privacy & security in addition to being located inside a gated community. But even with all this privacy, the property enjoys fabulous views down accross the golf course to the mountains beyond.
