All the furnishings were designed in a low line, contemporary style covered in fabric of soft, neutral colors. Most of the interior furnishings, bathroom fixtures, and outdoor living area were handmade from Thailand, India, and made from stone, wood, rattan, bamboo and other exotic woods.

As you enter the home there is a magnificent great room. There is two living areas divided by a two-sided stone fireplace with travertine floors. 35 foot sliders that open to a outdoor living space with views of the waterscape and the Palm Springs mountains. The great room also includes a cocktail bar for entertaining and gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and everything you need to entertain for a small or large group .

There are 5 spacious bedrooms with large windows looking out to separate gardens. Each room has been meticulously designed with unique pieces of furniture and accessories made of exotic woods. All the beds are queen and king sized beds that include plush bedding and linens. Each bedroom has its own bath room with bath tub and shower. Each bathroom has complimentary organic toiletries for your convenience.

Turning towards the outdoor living space you are in awe of the award winning outdoor pool at 4,000 sq ft! It is the biggest residential pool in the desert. Designed around the space and climate of Southern California desert , the swimming pool area includes a two island grotto with waterfalls, bamboo water features, bridges, fountains, shady palapa umbrellas, in-pool seating and gas fire bowls. There's an authentic Thai Hut that has a double lounge chair and massage table for a relaxing message. There is a thatched roof palapa hut that houses a built- in barbeque area with stainless steel appliances including a grill, cooking elements, sink and refrigerator perfect for any size party. There is plenty of lounge and table seating both in the shade and out.

In the evening the outdoors is spectacular most of the year lighting up the pool areas with both gas fire bowls, fire pits and carefully designed outdoor lighting creating a waterscape fantasy. The grounds have been landscaped with indigenous plants to California mixed with exotic plants from around the world. There are added artistic stone and wood outdoor accessories throughout the grounds creating a landscape with harmony. There is a 12 person Jacuzzi that is perfect after a day of golf at the many world class golf courses in Rancho Mirage. And you want to practice your golf swing? There is a nine hole putting green that wraps around the entire yard!
