Bad business practise!!
The rates for this property which are clearly stated in this ad will not be honoured by the owner(s).
I requested a quote/contract for a month's rental. November. I was quoted the rate as per this ad.
I asked that a contract be forwarded and was then advised that the owner(s) want more, that the rate isn't high enough!
