The resort features 9 tennis courts and 5 pools and spas in a premium location near The River, upscale El Paseo shopping district, the McCallum Theater, the Living Desert, numerous golf courses and many more attractions.

House is roomy and light; the neighborhood is quiet and good for early
morning walking. Would do it again at the dorp of a hat. Excellent relations

The house has excellent access to Highway 111 in between Palm Springs and El Paseo Drive. The gated community is very quiet and private and is nicely landscaped. Overall, the house is well furnished with a new kitchen. You'll definately feel comfortable there. There are four or five pools and a number of tennis courts. There are other perks too, but if you're looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to dining, shopping, et al. in the Palm Springs area, this place is it.

The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated, as well as fully equipped. It is located in a gated community, and it has a fantastic view, not blocked by any other buildings. The resort itself is great - well maintained, plus there are pools and tennis courts. The location is also quite close to downtown Palm Desert, so you have the best of both world - a great place to relax, but plenty to do once you leave the resort.
