We had a wonderful stay at Wolf Lodge! It was perfect. The house is very very nice with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. I only wish we could have stayed longer (like forever!).

I liked everything about this modern lake-front cottage, except for the tight bedroom space. That the two 2nd floor rooms were in the eaves is okay for kids, but it was problematic that each had a sky-light with no built-in shade. This is okay for early risers, but in the event that you're not, they could at least provide duct-tape & cardboard. I asked one of the agents in the office about this, but she was not very responsive.

We have never found a vacation spot we've liked as well as Wolf Lodge. When we are blessed with great weather (as this year), the lake is beautiful and clean for swimming and boating. When the weather is less than perfect, Wold Lodge is so comfortable that we hardly mind being indoors. We have never needed anything that we couldn't find (a kitchen utensil, a deck of cards, the perfect book). And we know that if we did need anything, Morton & Forbish would be right there.
