Having spent time in many Morton Furbish rentals, other than Boyd cottage, this is our second favorite rental. It had ample dockage, well protected for the size of our boat. Considering the weather, we had fire wood in abundance for the fantastic fireplace for a stay inside. We found the cottage comfortable and well appointed. For more than 4 people, another bathroom would make this a 10+. All in all, we had a most pleasurable experience. We hope to spend time at this cottage in the future (when the weather is better - it rained the whole time we were there but did not dampen our spirits).
