Villa Sirena (The Mermaid s Home) is an elegant residence restructured in 2013. It is situated in one of the most panoramic areas of the Amalfi Coast.The villa is in Castiglione a Ravello between the two most beautiful and well known historical centres of the Amalfi Coast, Amalfi and Ravello. It is in an excellent position: only a ten minute walk from the beach and easy access from the main road which leads directly to a garage and a drive with space for parking.
Villa Sirena residence is constructed on several levels:19 steps lead to: kitchen, furnished in excellent taste and with attention to detail; The kitchen leads to the living area containing a table and chairs in crystal, fireplace, sofa and the latest accessories (USB, TV 48 inch,DVD, Stereo)The villa has 4 double bedrooms, and in the true Amalfi tradition, each bedroom has an annexed terrace with a splendid view of the sea. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with annexed terrace overlooking the sea and an en suite bathroom containing a shower cubicle.Along the corridor there is another bathroom directly opposite to a laundry area.Another 22 steps takes you to the upper floor where you can find the following rooms:- 1 double bedroom with a view of the sea- 1 twin-bedded bedroom with a cot and baby changing equipment- 1 bathroom with shower cubicle- 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower cubicle, Jacuzzi and access to another terrace
The various levels of the villa, including the external levels, can all be reached by elevator.Another set of steps lead to a series of spectacular terraces with breathtaking views of the sea, the highest of which containing a swimming pool, 6m x 14m, and a bar area for refreshments, two outside hot water showers, wi-fi access, sun terraces and 2000 sqm of gardens flourishing with the typical Mediterranean flora.The rooms all have air conditioning and central heating.
Security Deposit: euros 1.500
Extra cost: Euros 120,00 of final cleaning, housekeeping (2 hours per day),bed linen and towels change, electricity including air conditioning, internal and external wi-fi, private parking space for two-three cars.
Heating: euros 150 per week.
(Pool Open from 25/04 to 31/10).
At the check-in time you will be required the Visitors tax from the City Hall
