Sleeping up to three people in one bedroom, this cottage is on a working farm a mile from Ravenglass.Gable View is a welcoming wing of the owners' farmhouse on a working farm a mile from Ravenglass. There is a double bedroom with additional z-bed available, and an en-suite shower room. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is use of a shared small garden, and off road parking for one car. With the National Park, narrow gauge railway and Muncaster Castle all within easy reach, Gable View makes an ideal base for family, friends and walkers alike.

Amenities: Gas central heating with separate convector heater. Electric oven, 2-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, washer, 1xTV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Small shared lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Please note the minimum night stay in this property is 3 nights, this property does not accept 2 night bookings.

Region: Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Town: The village of Ravenglass is on the edge of the Lake District National Park, and is a coastal village, once a regular smuggling base. From Ravenglass it is easy to enjoy the National Park, the Ravenglass to Eskdale Railway, Muncaster Castle and the beauty of the surrounding lakes and mountains.

If you want fantastic views and peace and quiet this is an ideal place. Plenty to see and do in the immesiate vacinity or you can just chill and enjoy the country air
