The house comes with a 32" LCD TV, where you can connect your USB pen to see your pictures, video, laptop, or your external hard disk.??

Near to the quaint village of nomadic sea fishermen, the property is just 5 minutes walk to Rawai beach (700m), and 5 minutes by motorcycle to Nai Harn beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Phuket, with incredible sunset views.
I highly recommend buying good travel insurance before you come, which covers hospital costs to at least 1,000,000 baht (or 25.000 Euro or 30.000 USD). The thai hospital system is very expensive.
I can suggest a good insurance package if you need it.
I recommend renting a motorbike/scooter throughout your time here, as taxis are quiet expensive, and Phuket has many different and beautiful places to explore. More info below.

If you smoke in the garden is better for me, but if you smoke inside consider to pay 2.800 baht for wash the curtains.
***Booking and Cancellation Policy***
BOOKING DEPOSIT:
to secures your booking, please send by bank transfer the 20% of the overall rate (not less then 5.000 thai baht or 175 USD or 130 EUR).
If you will decide to cancel the booking, if you warning me at least 45 days in advance from the check-in day, I will give you back all the Booking Deposit (excluding bank charges).
If you will decide to terminate the rent before the expiry of the contract, I will refund the Booking Deposit excluding 45 days after your advise, and excluding bank charges.
At the check-in, shall be paid by bank transfer or by cash in Thai Baht or foreign currency:
- the BALANCE:
< if you rent my property up to 90 days, this Balance is the 80% of the overall rate.
> if you rent for a longer period, at the check-in shall be paid 3 months, and monthly starting 2 months later.
- and the Damages Deposit of 5.000 baht that will be refunded on your departure - subject to no breakages, of course.
If you decide to terminate the rent before the expiry of the contract, I will refund all the amount of the Balance for the remaining period, excluding 21 days after your advise.

I think this is the excelent place to stay. Although this place is near from the beach its not expensive and also have any form of comfort.
Ive rested there for some time and stayed very well. -

The both places we stayed were amazingly comfortable and beautiful , Nothing better you can find in Phuket ,

We was here for few night in the last summer. It was a really good, clean and big place, with internet access and aircondition, own door and bathroom. The swiming pool with is next to our room is amazing too. You can access incredible lots of thinks in the island with motorbike under half an our, its really cheap and fast, our if you prefer the buslines, than the local busstop is 5 minute walking from here, with few resturant and an nonstop shop. :) I absolutely suggest this place for travellers!

I stayed here one month, I like this place, and Sureewan take care of me very well. She show me all around and sometimes we went to restaurants and everywhere together.
In 5 minutes by scooter we can go to Naiharn beach, beautiful!
