In the villa or in the restaurant, all the staff is efficient and welcoming.
The villa is well located, at walking distanbce from Raiwai Beach with so many different retaurants around and is located in a well kept garden. Although villas are quite close to each other, proximity did not annoying us. The pool is beautiful, the water is pleasantly warm, but the white seals of the tiles need to be cleaned, they are black and leave nasty black marks on swimwear.
We liked the comfort of the villa but the noise of the pump shaft could be attenuated by better soundproofing. The fresh water pump, when starting, can disturb the occupants of the double room, especially when swimming pool pump starts and the pool is refilled by freh water. -

Ipswich, EnglandAnother relaxing week in Nai Harn
Left on 11/09/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Just back from a break in Thailand including eight days at Coconut Villas in Nai Harn, Phuket.
It is the second time we have stayed at Coconut this year so the fact that we have returned indicates how satisfied we were with it. The villas are convenientky located in Nai Harn close enough to all the facilities but tucked away in a quiet, secluded spot. We hire a car to get us around and to the beach and restaurants in the evening.
The villa is clean, safe and quiet. It has a well equipped kitchen, a good size dining area leading onto a covered verandah. The bedrooms are both of good size (one double bed and two single beds) with an ensuite to the master bedroom and a similar second bathroom. Air conditioning and wifi throughout. A small but welcome pool in a lovely garden competes the property that is reached down a private, gated driveway.
The staff at Coconut are super and are helpful and attentive but not overbearing. The booking process was quick and efficient. Cocnut has a great little bar and restaurant down on nearby Rawai Beach as well which is worth a visit for breakfast and/or supper. They also deliver to the villa!
Coconut Villas delivers and is an excellent choice for a reaxing stay in the remaining undeveloped end of Phuket. Will we return? You bet.

Ken and Tip run a very well managed property. It is well -located within 1 km of beaches and good restaurants. The villas are well maintained, very clean and the pool is impeccable. Coconut Paradise Villas are in Rawai which is the quieter part of the island and therefore best for total relaxation but with good access to beaches and excursions.
The staff are also helpful in organising car / bike hire, taxis, airport pick-up and excursions (through associated businesses). These are available at good prices with great service and reliability (including drop-off and pick-up from the villa) -

After much consideration, I selected Coconut Paradise Beach Villas and Resorts, in the more quiet Rawai Beach area. I emailed the resort with inquiries and each time I received a quick and very helpful reply.
Upon my arrival in Thailand, just as my booking had confirmed, my taxis driver was near the exit of the airport holding up a sign with my name on it. The taxis ride took almost an hour. It brought me through the gated area of the villas, and right up to the entrance of my 2 bedroom villa, with its own private pool. Also, an old friend of 35 years ago, was already at the villa, after arriving 13 hours earlier. I could not believe that everything was even more surreal than the images and reviews I observed before my travels. The villa was clean and very well maintained, with even a little food and drink in the fridge waiting. Everything we needed was there for the 11 nights we stayed. Aoi and Pla, the girls on staff were there to greet us. Later that day, Pla drove us around the area showing us points of interest, the places to shop, and eventually we ended up at the Coconut Paradise Beach Bar and Grill, where we met the rest of the friendly staff, and customers, who made us feel as welcomed visitors, and eventually more like family by the end of our stay. The food menu was varied and very delicious, and the glass never went dry. The hospitality went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. Everyone at the Coconut Paradise accommodated us at every turn during our visit those 11 days, and for that I can't thank them enough for making my first holiday to Thailand a complete success! I could go on and on here, but if, and when, I had to do it all again, I would not blink an eye in deciding to return to the Coconut Paradise. Thank you, Ken, Ian, Cathy, Ying, Fa, Pla, Aoi, Jittra, the guys who cleaned the pool daily, all the remaining staff, and friends we meet, for the most memorable holiday ever! -

Hi to all at Coconut Paradise Resort.
We would just like to say a big thank you we had a wonderful 4/5 days relaxing break at the Coconut Palm villa and the staff are all very friendly special thanks to Tip & Oy Tip who took us around the area in the car to show us where to go and which beaches to go to and places to go to to do our shopping this information was invaluable to us as we were only on a short break and saved us lots of time looking around for the places on our own (Nice touch guys)
we arrived at night and was met by Oy who was fantastic she saw us to our Villa showed us around arranged a cab to take us to dinner then the next day came back to see us and arranged a motor bike for us and tell us lots of things about the area.
Another day we were driving around looking for a laundry to get some washing done and we bumped into Oy who took our washing got it all washed & ironed and returned it back to our villa by 5pm that evening nothing was any trouble to her she is a diamond.
As i said we had a fantastic few days stay ate lots of Thai seafood that we bought by the quay and took over the road to the restaurant and for a small fee they cooked it for us probably the best seafood we have ever tasted in asia and we have ate in a lot of seafood restaurants around asia (Highly Recommended)
Thanks for all you done from the girls in the Cafe/Bar who delivered breakfast, the girl who brought us the motor bike to the villa and collected it when we were leaving at 7am and of course Tip and Oy.
We were not disappointed in any way with our stay and hope to see you again next time we are in Thailand.

Live in QatarA home away from home in Paradise!
Left on 09/30/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We stayed here in august 2011. Â 2 adults and 2 young children. Â It was rainy season so the first few days of our stay, we had heavy rain. Â However this did not take away our enjoyment of a really beautiful place. Â The staff at Coconut Paradise resort are very helpful. Â The housekeeper (Oy) was lovely and anything we needed, she was only too happy to help. We did eventually have 1 week of super sunny weather and I would recommend one of the boat trips to the nearby islands which was really accessible from the villas location near Rawai Beach. Â There are plenty of restaurants 5 minutes away where children were more than welcome and this particular area is not overrun with tourists which we liked. Â We would also definitely recommend Ken & Tip's bar and restaurant on Rawai Beach front which had wonderful food and again, staff made us feel very welcome and were very sweet with our children. Â They have a good take-away and delivery service which we used on the couple of nights we decided to stay in.
My children loved swimming in the pool of our villa and really enjoyed the holiday. Â The privacy we had was second to none...it was like a home away from home for us. Â The gardens were pretty and well maintained and the pool was a great bonus. Â Â We would love to stay again at Coconut Paradise..we will definitely return...soon we hope!Â

We were met as arranged at the airport and driven to the villa where we were greeted by Tip.
She gave a guide around the villa, explaining all the things we needed to know, including when the pool men, housekeepers etc would be calling around. She could not have been more helpful or welcoming.
The villa its self was clean, with all the facilities we needed. The washing machine especially, coming in very handy. The bedroom was spacious with a lovely view out on to the poolside.
All in all we found it to be excellent value for the money and would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
Ken and Tip were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble
Our only complaint was that the !0 days went too quick. -

We stayed at Coconut Paradise with a group of 4 families from australia and had a truly great holiday. The accommodation was perfect for young families as well as being clean, well designed and very comfortable. Having our own private pool was so good. The nearby restaurants were great and having delivery from the Coconut Paradise restaurant was fantastic. We didn't have a car but the transport arranged through Coconut Paradise worked very well.

Garden and swimming pool were always perfectly clean and the whole family really appreciated to have massage in the garden beside the pool!

We spent a week at Coconut Paradise in the Coconut Island Villa. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was not only impeccable but also personable, thanks to the owners. Tip was there to greet us and send us off, and Ken and Jasmine came by the night before we left so we could meet them. They also arranged taxi services for us, gave us a tour of the area, and juts all around helped us navigate around. They were also very kind and thoughtful--my son's birthday was while we were there and they delivered some gifts for him to the villa which absolutely made the trip more special for him. The area of Coconut Paradise is ideal for those not wanting to be in a touristy area. It's private, but a 5 minute walk yields restaurants, shops, and places for massages. The villa itself was perfect for our family of four. We spent most of the time outside either in the pool or relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. We did many of the things suggested in the book they have in the villa. The guest comment book also detailed some good activities. We definitely want to go back. Next time, we would rent a car. This time we didn't because we didn't have an International Driver's License, but I would recommend it for getting around. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and am so very grateful for the experience.

We stayed at Coconut Paradise on the 24th March for 3 days. I have too say out of all the places we went too we enjoyed this place the best, will definately be going back to Coconut Paradise again.
Ruawai is at the bottom of Phuket and is a quiet fishing village we hired a couple of scooters for a day which was fun and because it was not so busy around this area they were great to zap over to the Beach or down to the local shops. The Villas were very privale and it was so great to be able to walk out and go for a swim in your private pool whenever you like, we missed this when we stayed at a hotel. Tip was very attentive and very kind, we had a couple of lovely meals at here restaurant.
If you want somewhere quiet and peaceful too relax I would definaetly recommend Coconut Paradise

Hosted by a thai/english couple who were helpful with everything from local sightseeing to transportation, cot and high chair for the kids. Very friendly!
The house is beautifully decoratet with nice bedrooms and toilets. A small garden surrounded by bamboo and other tropical plants, with a nice pool in the middle. Which makes it a perfect hangout for a family with small kids - both shade and sun available.
The area is quiet with a true thai vibe to it. Lots of good restaurants and friendly people. Naiharn beach is a so beautiful, and especially the southern end is very children friendly.
Rent a car and take trips around the island - so many beautiful places...
All in all a highly recommendable place. -

We chose to go to Coconut Paradise Villas for our honey moon so you can imagine how crucial it was for everyhting to be right...and it absolutely was...we stayed in one of the private pool villas, which had all of the charm and exoticism of traditional Thai decor (inside and out with the beautiful bouquet of flowers to greet you) as well as the added comfort of modern facilties such as a flat screen TV, aircon, en suite etc. It is luxurious, romantic, private and very convenient for the beaches and lovely bars and restaurants looking over a stunning bay. We spent a fabulous week there which was not enough...so make the most of it and book at least two!! Ken and Tip were fantastic, making us very welcome and helping us to find our feet quickly - you should try out their bar/restaurant situated on the bay which stocks plenty of reasonably priced wine and where you can eat the best spring rolls and prawn fishcakes I have ever tasted! I would thoroughly recommend the villas - just perfect!!

Malemy, QueenslandRawai - Coconut Paradise - Not far from it!
Left on 09/25/2009 for a stay in April 2008
I had a very relaxing extended stay at Coconut Paradise in Rawai over several months in late 2008. The two bed villa was situated at the end of a quiet soi in a gated complex of five villas with beautifully maintained gardens and two swimming pools.
Bungalow highlights included high ceilings, individual air conditioning units in all rooms, ceiling fans, Satelite TV, DVD player, Internet connectivity, large refigerator, microwave, gas stove and washing machine.
Natural lighting and air flow made the use of the a/c only an occasional event.
Any issues Ken and Tip resolved in a quick and friendly way.
Local restaurants and bars are easy to get to, cater to a range of tastes (western and Thai) and not as hectic as the more "touristy" areas of Patong and Kata/Karon. If you feel the need for more excitement for a night Kata/Karon and Patong are only a short trip away.
Local shopping was limited to a family mart and 7/11 stores, local markets (highly recommended) with major shopping available within a 20 minute drive.
Rawai beach is a jumping off point to the islands and not a swimming beach but nearby swimming beaches are easy to get to and much more relaxed than other beaches on Phuket.
I liked the relaxed easy lifestyle of Rawai and the Villa locations. While you are in walking distance of Rawai Beach (20) minutes, transport can be a problem - I would recommend hiring a car rather than a motor bike to get around owing to the road and traffic conditions.
All in all a very pleasant, relaxing place to stay.
