"THE COCONUTS VILLA" with Private Pool, is a beautiful 3/5 Bedroomed Holiday Villa in Phuket. Situated in the grounds of "COCONUT PARADISE" with a fabulous Private Pool situated in a stunning Private Courtyard

PLEASE NOTE: The Coconuts Villa can be rented as a 5 bedroomed Villa, and will include the Main Villa & 2 Guest Studio's - Sleeping 10 people, Or if you prefer, it can be rented as a 3 bedroomed Villa, and this will include the Main Villa only - sleeping 6 people - but will still include private use of the Pool, Gardens & Terraces.

Close to beautiful beaches & tropical islands, plus year round sunshine, makes this is a a P...erfect Getaway all year round!

* The Private Pool is situated in a stunning Private Courtyard, which is well furnished with Rattan Sofas and Sunloungers etc - all set in Tropical Gardens which are beautifully lit at night!

* All fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, plus fly screens on all windows & patio doors.

* The Villa is approached via a private Tropical Driveway and has its own Car Port.

THE COCONUTS VILLA

* The Coconuts Villa has 3 bedrooms (2 double & 1 Twin) & 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite). The Master Bedroom has a romantic 4 Poster Bed!

* The spacious open plan LOUNGE/KITCHEN is extremely well equipped with Hob & Oven, large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine etc. – and the Lounge has a large flat screen TV with DVD and wireless ADSL Internet Connection.

* Patio Doors lead out from the Lounge to the fabulous DINING PATIO, which overlooks the Private Pool.

THE 2 GUEST STUDIOS

* The 2 Guest Studios are situated across the Pool from the main Villa, and are both completely self contained - each having a Queen Size bed and Lounge Area with TV & DVD plus wireless ADSL Internet Connection. The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave etc plus there is an en-suite Shower Room.

Additional Location Information

Rawai & Nai Haan are a much sought after area, situated at the southern tip of Phuket Island. Nai Haan Beach is regarded as the best beach on Phuket Island, with beautiful golden sand and crystal clear sea - perfect for snorkelling and swimming. Rawai Beach has great appeal also, with many Longtail Boats moored along the shoreline, waiting to take you out to the nearby Tropical Islands. Bon Island is the nearest (just a 15 minute boat trip), and is stunningly beautiful and a perfect place to spend the day - enjoying lunch at "Dawn's Restaurant". (Delicious Pina Coladas!).
Although our Villas are situated in the peaceful Grounds of Coconut Paradise Villas, they are within easy walking distance of many good Bars & Restaurants - although some of our local Restaurants do an excellent "Free Delivery Service" to all our Villas.
The busier Resorts of Kata, Karon & Patong are a short drive away.
COMPLIMENTARY TOUR - Shortly after your arrival, we will offer to take you on a Complimentary Tour (approx 1 hour) of our local area, showing you all the best beaches, bars & restaurants. A great way to start your holiday!
