Very pleasant stay indeed! The Crew was very nice! Trasportation was included so every beach was reachable very easily. Thanks Bouw! No nee for cooking; meal delivery from Coconut restaurant was exellent! And very delicious.
Whole Coconut personnel was very nice and helpful; everything just worked out.

We stayed at Coconut Bay for 7 nights and could not have been happier. On our previous trips to Phuket we hopped around a bit and stayed in resorts etc. From here on in we are absolutely sold on Rawai and Coconut Paradise Villas. A great little 3 min scooter ride and its a smorgasboard of restaurants, bars and whaterver you fancy. Go for a 5 min scooter ride and your at Nai Harn, the most beautiful beach in Phuket. As far as the villa goes its stunning, a resort all your own. And last of all I could not speak highly enough of the staff that manage the villas, from the very first email to the day we checked out nothing but smiles, courtesy and the feeling of being really well looked after. Already planning our trip next year..

We had read very good reviews on this resort and everything that people said was true. The resort was very well maintained, well set out and clean. The setting of the shared pool villa we had was beautiful. I think the most outstanding part of our stay was the service given by Ken & Tip and their team. They were very attentive without being intrusive. In the evening, we just called the Coconut Bar and ordered our dinner which was delivered to our door. The food was yummy. We also had one night at the Moorings on the beachfront and really enjoyed this too. We definitely intend going back here. It was great value and we loved the place.

Stunning villas, quiet, peaceful, tropical, private. Eight minute walk (or $4 taxi) to restaurants, beach, pubs. Quieter side of island so great for our lifestyle (kids) yet only 20 minutes away from the wild-side. Still can't believe the value for money. Definitely coming back here. This was our second visit and our expecations were met in full. It was lovely to be greeted as an old friend in so many local bars and restaurants as well as by the staff at Coconut Paradise. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and the same high standards of hospitality and service were there in abundance. We liked the addition of a mobile phone for our use with contacts for Jittra and local taxis. Nothing was too much trouble. The services of a local travel agent was also most helpful - Pla came to our villa and arranged an overnight trip to the Phi Phi Islands. We hope to see everyone again in the future.

Left on 04/25/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We stayed at Coconut Bay from 1 april until 17 april and can honestly say this was a great experience. We were picked up as arranged and 50mins later arrived at the Villa top be met by KaT who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. the villa itself was superbly equipped with all the amenities we needed. It was bigger than we expected with ensuite bahrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, a large lounge and Kitchen Diner. the pool itself was fantastic and kept our kids amused thrioughout the holiday. althouigh we shared the pool this was not an issue. particulalry impressuve was the fact that the pool was cleaned and the gardens tendedd deveryday by the most curteous staff.
Service is i believe the key and i cannot fault any aspect. We did experience one of the room fans breaking down and following a phone call the maintenance team arrived within 20mins with a replacement.
We went to Coconut Paradise bar during our stay and had several takeaways delivered to the villa. the shrimp cakes are to die for!!
We used P&D; tours (Coconut Paradise recommend them) for their taxi service on a number of occasions. Being a party of 8 they normally supplied a minibus to take us and even when they had only cars available they only charged us the normal fare even though they used 2 drivers.
Two particulalrly nice touches were an orientation tour on arrival (approx 45 mins) to show the area - beaches, shops, bars, etc, and also the provision of mobile phone for usee arranging taxis and takeaways.
We can honestly say this is the best self catering accomdation we have ever stayed in and we are critical of things!
A car for your stay would be useful however we found P&D; made sure we got to wher we wanted.
Ken and Tip have really thought about what makes for a great experience and genuinely want their guests to have a great stay.
Look forward to going back soon! -

We stayed as a group of 8 adults and 3 Children in Coconut Bay Villa. Booking process was straight-forward and owner/staff were very responsive to our questions and needs prior to our arrival.
We all loved the huge kitchen and living area which never felt crowded even when all of us were up and about. The pool is fantastic and kept very clean on a daily basis.
What impress me the most is the network of support agencies like Restaurant, Car Rental, Taxi Service and Tour booking service. We were given a mobile phone and a listing of number to call when we need anything. We just have to tell them the name of our villa and and the various support staff will visit us at the Villa to assist.
Location is rather out of the way, therefore a rental car will be recommended.
Overall a very present stay indeed. -

We had a great time at Coconut Paradise during Easter 2011. I think it offers very good value for money and the house was clean and very well kitted out. Service was great and whenever there was something wrong, it was fixed the same day.
I would recommend to rent a car as it is impossible to go around without transport. We arranged this via Ken and Tip and it all worked out really well. -

Our stay at Coconut Paradise was not long enough! We felt at home in our private bungalow and enjoyed our stay without the confines of a hotel or the problems that come with getting multiple rooms. The kitchen facilities made meals easier and less stressful.
There was a small stock of food and drinks in the kitchen and fresh flowers, which added to the warm welcome.
The location required a car to get to the beach or shops, but it afforded privacy and was away from the heart of touristy activities. It was worth the car rental for us.
We will definitely return to Coconut Palms for future vacations!

Found because of the other 5 star reviews and didn't disappoint in any way. Stayed with another family of 4 and never felt crowded in Coconut Bay . The other villa on site was left unoccupied so had total privacy. Pool was 25m and attended daily and the gardens attended daily as well. Service was instant to any problems ( a fuse tripped and someone arrived in less than 2 minutes). Staff so so friendly and attentive. Local services are within walking distance although we hired a car ( all arranged easily and quickly). Taxi arranged to pick up from airport. One of our top holidays ever.

Chieveley, UKHappy Holiday at Coconut Beach Villa!
Left on 03/31/2011 for a stay in March 2011
The friendly service provided by Ken, Tip and their excellent staff was all anyone could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble and by the end of our month's holiday we felt "one of the family". The boys who look after the beautiful gardens come and sweep the patio and pool area every morning and set up your sunbeds - and this is a private villa - not a hotel!
The villa itself is attractive, comfortable and adequately equiped, but it is not 5 star. However, you are not paying 5 star prices, and it is excellent value for money.
The location does require you to hire a car or bike, and the approach to the villas is typical Thailand, very ethnic! This just reminds you that you are in asia and not everyone can afford to live in a beautiful villa.
The beaches within easy reach are long, white sand with plenty of sunbeds and restaurants. In Rawai, which has a laid back village feel, there are many really good restaurants selling wonderful cheap Thai food or more expensive Western menus. The more lively towns of Kata, Karon and Patong are within an easy 20 minute drive for shopping and other delights. Ken and Tip run a Bar and Bistro called Coconut Paradise in Rawai. The food is excellent and so are the party nights. We met and made friends with many people of all nationalities at the bar, and it is a focal point for everyone staying in the Coconut Paradise Villa complex. Ian and Cathy who work for Ken are a great asset to his team! Go out on the dolphin excursion with them and have great time.
We have travelled widely and this holiday has been one of the most relaxing, friendly and value for money that we have had.

First trip to Southeast asia and definitely won't be our last. Ken & Tip help make our trip a wonderful memory. The villa was clean and the service was excellent. They have a lovely restaurant that will deliver to your villa if you want. They make a mean Mai Thai. The service people are beyond exception and will assist in arranging vehicle rentals, as well as, any excursions that you may want to partake in. I highly recommend going to Coral Island and don't be put off by how the restaurant looks on the beach - had one of the best meals at this place - curried crab. Nai Harn beach was our favourite - also go to the Royal Phuket Yacht Club for happy hour 6 - 7 pm and get half price drinks while overlooking the beach. We felt very safe and actually never bothered to lock up our villa when we left for the day. Take advantage of calling on the ladies to give you a massage at the villa - they were awesome. The grounds and the pool were very well maintained and everyone is so helpful and friendly. We took a road trip to explore some other areas of Thailand - beautiful country, but it felt like coming home when we returned to our villa after 3 days. We were very impressed with several of the surrounding restaurants and would highly recommend Run Jungle (Beef Tenderloin), Norbus (Tuna Ravioli), Nikkita's (pizza), Ruen Thai (any Thai dish you could imagine) and the Fried Oysters with garlic and pepper at the beach side restaurant that is kitty corner to Ken & Tip's place is a must try. One should not miss going to Patong for a day of shopping - be prepared to barter. Phuket FantaSea was well worth attending - pay the extra money and get the better seats you won't regret it. Scuba diving and snorkeling was some of the best we have ever done - the sea life was amazing, turtles, sharks, corals and several different species of fish. We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning in 2012 - thanks again to Ken, Tip, Jasmine (your a great little dancer) & everyone else :)

My wife and I and some friends rented two villas (for a month) which face each other across a pool set in lush gardens. (Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Ley) From the moment we open the doors we all felt at home. Everything we needed was supplied and the houses were clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were all super friendly, they helped us arrange a reasonably priced car and scooter and offered to show us around the area as part of their welcome package. We had been to Rawai a couple of time before so declined, but appreciated the offer. Quite a few evenings we ordered reasonably priced, but delicious take away food from the bar/bistro that the villa owners also run. We enjoyed these evening as much as our visits to the many other local restaurants. All in all we have a great time and highly recommend this villa complex. We're discussing returning next year.

Everything went as smoothly as possible from the booking process to airport pick up to check in and immediate attention by your staff to any of our needs. We appreciated the book of "things to do" and took advantage of a number of them. We were so happy to be in the villa instead of a crowded hotel on one of the nearby beaches.

Left on 01/31/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Without doubt this was the best and most memorable holiday we have ever had. Everything about our holiday from Ken picking us up at airport to Ken kindly dropping us back at the airport at the end of 11 amazing days, was perfect. Ken Tip and Jasmine are the loveliest people you could ever meet and nothing is too much trouble. Our villa was amazing and sitting by the pool in the evening with a glass of chang beer with my family and Ken and his family was pure paradise. I have since recommended Paradise Villas to all of my friends and family and we'll definitely be coming back next year. You have got to experience the breakfast at Paradise Bar, you will never want to go anywhere else. The food and service at Ken and Tips Bar is 5 Star and go to their entertainment evenings they are great fun.
Thank you Ken, Tip and Jasmine for making our holiday so perfect. Before we arrived Ken told us we would be staying in paradise and paradise is exactly what we got. Thank you. -

Left on 01/25/2011 for a stay in November 2010
I resisted completing this review for a while because to be brutally honest - I don't want anyone else to find this place!
I stumbled up it by searching bungalows on Trip advisor and what a happy mistake to make!
From the moment we arrived we were in paradise and we loved every single moment we were there!
Despite our late booking (which meant that there was not one villa available the entire stay) Tip had shuffled things around so that we did not have to move. The local tour on our first day was so helpful and helped us plan our week (which was nowhere near enough time!). Tip could not do enough for us and we were thrilled with our welcome pack (including ice cold beers!) when we arrived after a long flight!
The pool and villa were completely hidden by the gorgeous gardens which gave us great privacy to sunbathe, enjoy the pool and chill out. They were both immaculately maintained with the sweet pool guys coming around every day to make sure that it was pristine, and a full laundry and kitchen in the villa came in handy for getting ourselves sorted before the next leg of our journey.
I had a massage from a local thai masseuse who was incredible, she came to the villa and gave me an hour long thai massage for the equivalent of £12/$16 - wonderful!
The hotel bar and beach is a bit of a walk from the villas themselves (about 20 mins at a casual stroll) but the bar deliver - the most amazing - food, both western and thai, along with beer and other drinks at no extra charge, we barely ventured out as we enjoyed eating our meal by our own pool during the day!
It's a bit of a hike to the busier beaches of the island (20mins) but cheap enough in a cab if you fancy it, and to be honest there is so much around that we didn't feel the need to.
So just in case it's not obvious - I couldn't recommend this place enough!
Thanks so much to Ken and Tip for a very memorable holiday!

House and the garden around is stunning, very well equipped. Very well kept, the swimming pool was cleaned every day. It happened not very often that the property looks on the internet exactly the same as in the reality.
The area around is quite, further away from big hotels and holiday resorts. But there is a plenty of bars and restaurants - local and also other cuisines from around the world. The best seafood experience we had in gipsy village on Rawai beach where is also fantastic fish market.
From Rawai beach it is very easy to get long-tail boat and spend the day snorkeling on one of beautiful islands around, away from the rest of the world. Also the Nai Harn beach and other little beaches around are very tranquil and relaxing. I recommend to everyone to hire moped - best transportation in the spot, gives you big freedom and possibility to explore interesting neighborhood. But I would not hire it from the company co-operating with Coconut Paradise Resort, you will definitely get better price if you organize it yourselves. The same with trips and taxis.

They helped organise our day trips a car and even our renewal of our wedding vows. The villas are beautiful with staff to match. It is very private with everything you need in a villa to accomodate for family's . You don't even need a car everything is within walking distance. We have made life long friends and will come every year. This was a holiday far outwaying my expectations the people of Rawai are beautiful , the resort was fantastic and value for money. Amazing Villa, we stayed in the 2 bedroom, shared pool (with I think only 1 other villa) version. We were originally staying in the coconut beach rooms behind the bar on rawai beach, which were a bargain for 500 baht, but after my partner and I got talking to Ken, he let us take a villa cancellation at a great rate.
When we got into the villa, a welcome basket was there to greet us (beers, sodas, milk, fruit, bread, etc), Tip gave us a quick tour of the grounds then left us to enjoy paradise.
Can't think of a better way to enjoy rawai beach than in one of these villas.
Make sure you spend loads of time in the coconut bar on rawai beach, great food and drinks, as well as a top local/expat crew.
Thanks again team, will be seeing you again in the not too distant future. -

The villa itself had everything we needed and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. Our own private pool and grounds were cleaned daily by the staff,as was our villa.
We made Coconut Bar & Bistro - owned by Ken & Tip - our local during our stay. They have the most wonderful & friendliest staff in Rawaii. The menu was great and the chef was only too willing to cater to our needs.
This little bit of paradise was a welcome relief from the "rat race" we live in, and we can't wait to return for another visit. -

When I first got there I was amazed that the villa looked just like the pictures on their website. The villa was beautiful. Tip was there when I arrived and escorted me into the villa, showed me where everything was. The villa was clean and had just about everything I needed to be comfortable. The villa had ac in all the rooms and it was great to have my own washing machine so I could keep up with the dirty laundry. The location was great, it was very quite and secluded providing a peaceful atmosphere for my Phuket holiday. The beach was only a 5 min. drive and Tip arranged for my rental car at a great price. The next day Tip took me for a tour of the area showing me places to visit and good places to eat and drink. Ken and Tip also run a restaurant on the main street of Rawai Beach the food was excellent, inexpensive and they deliver to your villa for free! I had a great time while I was there and would strongly recommend there villas and restaurant.

From the day we arrived, Ken made sure that we were comfortable and he even took us grocery shopping at the nearby store. We ordered food quite a few times from their restaurant in Rawai. The delivery service is prompt and free of cost for the guests at the villa. We found the food to be very reasonably priced. Throughout our vacation all the staff and the agencies they work gave a personal touch...something one would miss if one stays in a big hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and are planning to visit again.

Coconut Paradise is a very well run group of villa's, the grounds are truly beautiful and the villa's modern, well equipt and spacious. The accomodation represents excellent value for money, and the hosts are exemplary.

Carson Family
Melbourne, AustraliaVery impressive
Left on 07/21/2010 for a stay in July 2010
We are a family of 5 from Melbourne, Australia, with a 7yo, 4yo and 13 month old.
The villa we stayed in was Coconut Island and was exactly how it appears in the pictures - that is to say, of a high standard and very comfortable.
The pool and surrounds were cleaned daily. We also hired a cleaner at a very reasonable rate due to the chaos that 3 young children generate.
The entire area surrounding the villas is a lush and very secluded. The villas are in a quiet area but within a stroll or short taxi trip to the Rawai township and restaurants, shops etc.
Ken and Tip were extremely helpful with any queries and helped with advice about local attractions and boat trips, tailors etc.
We stayed for 9 nights and are going back in 2011 for 3 weeks. That is perhaps the best recommendation I can give.

Perth, WA, AustraliaGreat family holiday for all ages
Left on 07/05/2010 for a stay in June 2010
Very quiet at night-time but close enough to walk in to village. Need car for other journeys and for heat/rain. Villas spotlessly clean, comfortable and pool v well maintained. Tip was extremely helpful especially in arranging outings and negotiating best prices. The only negative that we can think of, and it is a small one, is that we would have preferred x2 weekly maid service rather than x1 weekly. We had a wonderful family reunion easily catering for varied ages 9-16 of children including one who was handicapped.

The villas are top quality with everything that you could ask for. Tip & Ken are on site so if there is anything that you need ie: info on trips etc, just give them a shout and they do the rest. The area was accessible and had easy access to beaches, restuarants, shops etc. You will need transport, either a car or scooter. The beach is about 15 mins walk away but if you want to lounge around the pool all day, you can, it is very comfortable and the gardeners keep the gardens beautiful all the time. We will definately be back. Tip, Ken & Jasmine's hospitality on the last day was wonderful as we had to check out by 10am but were only being collected by taxi at 5pm, they made us feel very welcome in their home and allowed us the use of their shower and facilities all day.

These villas are beautifully designed, managed and maintained. A very high standard in all areas. Fantastic value for money and beyond the call of duty attention to service and quality. We had many day trips out but were always pleased to come 'home' to our villas in Coconut Paradise. Would love to return.

This is our second visit to Phuket, and our second time we have stayed with Ken and Tip. Again, Tip has organised all our travel arrangements as we required. The Villa we stayed in is was exactly as stated on the web site.
We could not expect any more help from Ken and Tip, and our girls loved being with Jasmine. Thanks for another great holiday. We will be back ! -

My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights in June and could not have wished for more. Ken and his wife Tip who met
us when we arrived at 1.30 in the morning were great and nothing was to much for them. Everything you will need is in the beautifully appointed bungalows that are set in wonderful lucious tropical gardens, tended to along with your swimming pool every day by their own garden staff.
Trips and excursions are easily arranged locally with info
on reputable companies together with contact numbers, provided on an info sheet in the bungalow. Car hire is also
easy with the car brought to the bungalow and collected when you leave. I would suggest a car as the location whilst
perfect is a long walk to Raiway beach front and a selection of bars and restaurants, including their own, in which we had many a great night with the lovely bar staff and friendly locals and expats alike. We were lucky and booked our stay through one of their low season offers but
beleive me if you paid full price at any time you would think you had a bargain. In short,if you stay there you will not be dissapointed.

SingaporeWhat a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting!

Phi Phi Don is a lovely, high standard and well equipped villa - it felt like a home from home and allowed us to relax very quickly into our holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed and on the days we didn't cook, it was great to be able to order delicious food to be delivered from Ken and Tip's restaurant. We enjoyed numeorus meals on the terrace in the evening, and everyone had great fun playing in the pool. The st-up worked perfectly for us and it was great that our friends could stay in Phi Phi Ley so they were nearby. We had a lovely holiday and hope to be able to visit again soon.
