About the home:

This beautiful Villa can be booked as either a 2 bedroomed villa for 4 persons, or a 3 bedroomed villa for 6 persons (the prizes noted are for 3 bedrooms), and is perfect for romantic couples or families with children and babies. The area is safe and quiet, no dangerous traffic or evening party noise, ideal for a cosy and peaceful holiday in the tropics. You are not fenced in, but living nearby smiling and friendly Thai neighbours. Though it is still many possibilities for active children and grown ups.

The Villa is used as a private home part of the year. Build in 2008, it is well kept both inside and outside. It... is surrounded by a lawn and a small tropical garden. The design is luxurious with original Thai paintings on the walls. There are 2 (or 3) bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom. The spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen is extremely well equipped with large TV, DVD, internet Wifi etc and a very luxurious kitchen. Patio doors open out to the beautiful covered Dining Patio, perfect for outside dining any time of day or night. The Dining Patio is beside the private, discrete pool which also has a jacuzzi. Beside the pool is a fabulous Thai style Sala, a perfect spot for cooling down in the shade. There are sunloungers for soaking up the glorious sunshine. There is also an outside shower.

There is a separate Laundry Room with Washing Machine and storage.

ALARM SYSTEM

This Villa is fitted with an excellent Alarm System, and there is a Safety Deposit Box.

The Villa is situated in a peaceful site, close to Rawai Beach, where you can catch a Longtail Boat out to the many idyllic Tropical Islands, and also close to stunning Nai Harn Beach - widely thought of as the best beach on Phuket Island.

It is also within walking distance to many good restaurants and small shops etc.

Additional Location Information

The Phuket region:
A beautiful tropical island. Two stunning waterfalls, two natural parks and a nice old town in Phuket City. There are a zoo and an aquarium on the island. You can visit great shows of Thailand both in Kamala and in Phuket city.

You can go canoeing in Pang Nga Bay through small caves into tropical mangrove forests. Just nearby you can test your skill in driving the ATV, or just go for an elephant ride. There are snake shows, ape shows and co-cart driving range nearby.

There are small, nice local Buddhist temples to visit, or the big, beautiful Chalong Temple. On a mountain top there is a new, great Buddha overlooking the southern part of the island. On the east coast you can go shopping to Kata and Karon, or do the nightlife in puzzling Patong city.

The Rawai area:
You surely must go down to Hat Nai Harn, the most beautiful beach on the island. There are no towering hotels on the beach, but nice restaurants with delicious food and an old temple with the monks in their orange clothing. Just a few more minutes away is situated the smaller beach, Hat Yan Nui, where many people go diving for the first time.

A little bit further and you are at Leam Promtep (Promtep Cape), the southern most point of Phuket Island, watching the sun set on the Indian Ocean. And then to sit down in the sand on Hat Rawai (Rawai Beach) and eat a freshly fished, grilled mackerel. By long tail boat you can go to the small, neighbouring islands looking for some deserted beach to relax or go swimming and diving.
