Sunshine Corner is a beautiful and tastefully decorated private pool villa ideal for a family of 4 or perhaps 2 couples sharing. Located in a quiet lane, yet near enough to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, beaches and places of interest to visit.
The villa features 2 bedrooms, WIFI Internet, Flat screen TV, DVD Player, has it's own pool, a Sala for Al-fresco dining and is located within it's own grounds with pretty gardens and gated entrance.

The most popular beach in the area is undoubtedly Nai Harn beach which is very close by. The beach and waters are spectacular, several good restaurants are located at the back of the beach serving both Thai and western foods.
Other smaller islands are within easy reach by long tail boat from Rawai front, you could try Bon and Coral Islands which are both fantastic to visit.
Promthep Cape is a great spot to watch the sunset, the Big Buddha is close by and several other boat trips and diving courses leave from Chalong Pier.
Slightly further up the Island you reach the resorts of Kata and Karon, before reaching the bright lights of Patong. Water sports are available at all these beaches. Kata Noi beach is well worth a visit.
To fully explore Rawai and the surrounding areas, use of Motor Bike or Car is advised.
There are several good markets in Rawai for local produce, Phuket Town is about 25 mins drive away and the Central Festival Mall about 20 mins away.

Collection from the airport was quick and a pleasant drive. Ian and Kathy the managers were there to greet us and run through the details and give us the keys to the scooters that they very kindly booked for us for our stay.
The villa is great, much bigger than the photos make it look and is very well equipped. My main concern was the beds...I needn't have worried. They are very comfortable beds and a good size too! The villa is clean but being very fussy, there was fluff under the single beds and the shower partition wall could do with a clean on top as could the top of the fridge, but this didn't affect our stay and I did say I was fussy!!
The pool is a great asset and is lovely to look at when it is all lit up at night. The garden is nice with lots of pretty greenery and flowers especially by the sala which gives a lovely shaded area to sit under.
The villa is located in a quiet area but is not far to local restaurants/ shops etc and also the pier where you can go on some fantastic boat trips.
Eating out was excellent and cheap too!
The local beaches are pretty locations and clean.

Lovely villa ideal for beaches if you have transport.and just 10mins walk to restaurants. pool was great.. Ian and cath were very helpful and on the end of a phone if there was a problem would defiantly go there again
