I stayed with a group of friends for, what turned out to be, one perfect relaxing week. we had everything we needed and more..nice rooms, big terrace with barbecue, pool with a perfect view and the sea just a couple of steps away...not to forget, friendly hosts :-)

Die ankunft in der Villa Sucic war reibungslos. Da wir eine Stunde zu früh (14h ist Schlüsselübergabe) angekommen sind, mussten wir ein bisschen warten, konnten aber bereits unser Gepäck unterbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es verfügt über 3 separate 'Wohnungen', zwei im Obergeschoß für jeweils 2 Personen und eine im EG mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Jede 'Wohnung' ist mit Küche, Bad, Dusche und außenbereich ausgestattet. Es gibt Sat-Empfang mit allen Sendern (auch alle deutsche), kostenloses W-Lan und ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Der überdachte Freisitz direkt neben dem großen außengrill ist sehr gemütlich. Tagsüber als sonnengeschützter Platz und abends als Platz für ein schönes abendessen. Der Pool war sauber und verfügt über einen abgegrenzten Whirlpoolbereich sowie eine gut funktionierende Gegenstromanlage ( ! ), damit man nicht immer im Kreis schwimmen muss. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft.
Ich würde Gästen folgendes Empfehlen:
- Bringen Sie noch Liegestühle mit, es gibt nur 4 (allerdings sehr gemütliche)
- Bringen Sie einen Sonnenschirm mit (es gibt 'nur' einen großen, der nur den Whirlpool abdeckt)
- Es gibt lediglich zwei große Handtücher pro Wohnung, notfalls noch welche mitbringen!
- Der Weg zur Villa ist etwas kompliziert. Hält man sich allerdings an den Plan, klappt alles. Tipp: Bei anreise mit dem auto den Km-zähler der Wegbeschreibung nach zählen lassen. Die angaben sind sehr genau und gut!
Noch einige Infos:
- Es gibt eine Spülmaschine in der Hauptwohnung, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschränke in jeder 'Wohnung'.
- Jedes Bad verfügt über einen kleinen Fön.
- Müll lässt sich leicht am Ortseingang in Razanj entsorgen, hier gibt es Container. Es wird nicht getrennt.
- Im Ort gibt es einen Markt, in dem man das notwendigste kaufen kann. Es gibt auch zwei Restaurants, allerdings würde ich eher einen kleinen ausflug nach Rogoznica empfehlen, hier ist die auswahl und das Essen besser. -

We really enjoyed our staying in this beautiful villa! Especially we enjoyed the swimming pool area and beautiful view to the sea. The villa was comfortable, spacious, clean and we had almost everything what we needed. The only little thing which was missing was the dishwasher, which wasn`t working. Villa is located in a beautiful, peaceful village with beautiful landscapes. We rented a car and it was also easy to do day trips to for example Trogir, Spilt, the Makarska riviera and the islands nearby. It was our first time in Croatia but I`m sure we will come back, it was such a nice, beautiful place! It was a pleasure to stay in Villa Sucic, thank you!

We spent one week in this appartment with 5 kids. Excelent location for a family holiday. (quiet area, close to the see, with a pool). The only equipment missed my wife is the washing machine :-) but you can understand that if you travel with 5 children. I only can recommend it.

We stayed in Villa Sucic for a week in March, 2011...and the Villa matches the photos on the website exactly...The apartment was fully equipped, very clean, offering the most relaxing and wonderful views!!! We do miss just sitting by the pool and looking at the boat and wonderful sea views...and a short block to the adriatic Sea..
Marco was a wonderful host who shared a bottle of wine with us upon our arrival, showed us how everything worked, including the free wifi...he gave us wonderful tips on medevil towns to visit and fabulous restaurants in the area. I only wish he had a villa in every city we would like to visit in the future...You will not be disappointed by villa Sucic and you will be delighted with the friendly Croatian people -

The house and its facilities were very nice for a family with children as the house is clean and tidy and on a "safe" distance from the sea. The description of the house fits well with the reality. The area is a relaxed and silent (at least in may) fishing willage with plenty of new houses, a small shop, small bar / cafe and two restaurants (both closed in May 2011). Finding the way, though, is somewhat difficult.
This brings up the cons, the house is isolated from toursit services as the closest restaurant was approx. 20min drive away. However, this may be viewed as a pro as well for people enjoying silence.
I would definately recommend renting an appartment in this house for families. Maybe the best way to do it is by, as we did, rent the whole house and travel with friends / extended family.
About the rating, location is valued for families (no noise, no bars, no traffic...) and service rating (only 3-stars) as the williage level of service is limited. However, the family Sucic provided a 5-star service. -
