We all loved staying at "le Jardin Marais" during our little vacation in Paris.
The apartment was cosy, wonderfully furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our "home away from home" was also in a very convenient position which helped us to schedule our daily tour in the city in the best possible way, without needing any transport means but our feet. Furthermore the district in which the apartment is set is really nice.
We have nothing to complain about our stay in Paris. It was perfect!

It was absolutely perfect, would stay again and again and would definitely use Cobblestone again anywhere in France. My husband and 14 y/o son stayed in Marais and the convenience of this location was wonderful. Access to arts de Metiers metro which took us everywhere in Paris and was so easy. Of course the best of Parisian patisseries, cheeses and all foods were readily available here. We felt like we were local Parisians living in as one of the locals. Loved it !!

To celebrate my mom's eightieth birthday, my sister, niece, and I decided to
take her to Paris. After doing a lot of research, we settled on Cobblestone
Vacation Rentals' apartment in Marais. We couldn't have been more
pleased.
Before the trip, Jennifer from Cobblestone promptly answered all our
questions, of which there were many, with complete and helpful responses.
She arranged for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, which delivered us
directly to the apartment.
The apartment itself is terrific! It is very cozy and beautifully decorated and
thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. We loved having a
kitchen, which we used primarily to make coffee in the morning as one of us
went down the block to one of the nearby patisseries for incredible
breakfast pastries. Other great things in the neighborhood are a natural
grocery store, some very fun restaurants, and a metro stop just a few blocks
away. One of our favorite market streets - Montorgeuil - is a nice, short
walk.
We were in Paris during the air space closure (from the Icelandic volcano),
and Ryan from Cobblestone let us know that if we were unable to leave at
our scheduled time he would work with us to find accommodations. As it
turned out, we didn't have to take him up on his kind offer, but it did take
the worry away as we enjoyed our time in Paris.
I would strongly recommend Le Jardin Marais to anyone looking for a
comfortable, convenient and reasonable apartment in Paris. The apartment
made us feel like we were living in Paris, rather than just visiting. I am

Oh, sigh! Revisiting the Cobblestone website after arriving back home to Australia makes my heart yearn to be back in beautiful Paris and the gorgeous Le Jardin Marais.
After initially feeling daunted at not knowing what to expect in such a large city or how difficult our dealings might be, you put me at ease with your prompt and helpful communication. With 7 pieces of luggage, plus a baby, we easily found our way to Le Jardin Marais via the metro and were glad that you were able to accomodate our early than expected arrival. Thank you!
We loved the location of the flat; it was so convenient to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Infact, we walked everyday; to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Champse Elysees, Arc de Triumphe and the Eiffel Tower, the patissieries and on our final morning to the nearby metro. We also really appreciated being able to use the telephone to call home and let our families know that we had arrived safely.
Although our stay at Le Jardin Marais was relatively short, it is one of our fondest memories of our European vacation. I wish that I had of known earlier about the cottage in the south of France! It looks like a nice place to visit and stay.
We would (and will) highly recommend Cobblestone Vacations to everyone who visits France, especially our family and friends. WHEN (not if!) we return, we will be sure to book an apartment via Cobblestone and for a much longer period.

I loved my stay in Paris, the flat Le Jardin was
in a very central location that wasn't all tourists. I found the local people that we met to
be very informative and friendly. The flat was very
clean and had everything that you could want. We didn't do a lot of cooking but could have. We walked to the Seine, Notre Dame and the Louvre.

It was great to have our own space while staying in Paris. For just a moment you could close your eyes and imagine living in Paris.
My husband and I had never been to Paris together before so during our trip we were able to enjoy a lot of the city's sights.
We walked to the Pompidou and Notre Dame. We went to the top of Eiffel Tower (or at least I did, my husband is afraid of heights). The Lourve, the Orsay, a river boat ride, and a day of just meandering around the Marais was all on our agenda.
We loved the neighborhood and we walked to dinner at nearby Pain Vin Fromage for a yummy dinner one night. Le Jardin Marais was a great place to stay, wonderful location, cozy, clean and exactly what we wanted. A hotel just wouldn't do.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful experience in Paris. It was important that we had a comfortable home base to return to after busy days of exploring the city. The location is a quiet side street, with everything within a short walk- metro, shops and markets. We shopped at the local outdoor market as well as a great natural food store- Naturalia, and the boulangerie just at the end of the street (both toward the A & M metro).I loved the neighborhood feel, we felt part of the city's rhythm. The apartment is nicely decorated, a generous size with a good layout- opening onto a foyer, seperate loo and big bathroom with a great soaker tub/shower. The pictures accurately display the apartment's lovely features. The living/kitchen area is comfortable and has music, lighting to set the right mood! The bedroom is lovely- we slept very well. The kitchen has everything I needed to make meals or snacks, it would be enough to satisfy the needs of a longer stay. We were able to catch up on a bit of laundry which was great. The service we received from Jennifer was excellent. The entire process was easy, from reservation to return of deposit. We were met by the greeter at the appointed time, all questions answered, keys exchanged without problem. I appreciated that our schedule was accommodated as needed. I would not hesitate to use their services again or to reccommend Cobblestone to others. Thank you!

My Mother and I just returned from a week long stay at Le Jardin apartment. I would highly recommend this option rather than staying at a hotel for you holiday away from home. This was our fourth time vacationing in Paris and our first to rent an apartment, what a wondeful experience it was, to say the least. The location was perfect, having a place to spread out every night was unbeatable. It is a huge plus having internet connection and of course the use of a phone to make calls locally and back home.....invaluble!
The price for the size, location and quality cannot be beat. I have to say this is my first time ever to write a review about a place, but I just couldn't let this oppurtunity pass.
I was also impressed with the return of our security deposit. Jennifer had an e-mail waiting when I got home letting me know my deposit had been returned in my paypal account.
Thank you again for providing such a lovely place for visitors to stay in Paris!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 pre-teen girls stayed here for 4 nights in July. Perfect home base for touring throughout Paris. Walking distance to many attractions, near to many restaurants and shops but still a quiet street. A much more liveable and affordable option than staying in a hotel, especially when travelling with children! Only regret is we could not possibly "do it all" in the short time we had.
No hassles with check-in or check-out and the prompt return of our damage deposit was appreciated.

Le Jardin Marais. What a tranquil welcoming retreat after a long day of walking, using the subway and exploring the beautiful city of light! The apartment was large considering the average size of rooms in Paris. The queen size bed in the separate bedroom was very comfortable and the candelabra on the bedside tables made one think one was residing in a deluxe hotel. There was an abundance of cupboard space too.
As advertised the kitchenette contained everything needed to prepare a meal -even a rack of spices. When we ate our meals, an added touch of luxury was the beautiful ornate table and padded chairs.
More touches of luxury were evident in the master bathroom with its elegant baroque mirror and palette of soft colours. It was so relaxing to soak in the deep tub and wash away all fatigue. The apartment was close to everything:the patisserie up the street, the Arts et Metiers subway, the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine, the street markets (especially Le Marche des Enfants Rouges) and general shopping on Rue de Bretagne. We felt like true Parisians every time we carried our daily baguette back to the apartment or shopped for fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and vegetables using our own shopping bag. The bottle of wine left for us was truly appreciated as were the free long distance calls which we were able to make to our daughters to announce our safe arrival in Paris. My husband really enjoyed being able to use his computer in the apartment.
When we walked "home" each night along the cobble stoned steets we felt as if we had been transported back through time.
Would we return to Le Jardin Marais? In a heartbeat! -

Having an apartment in Paris is great! Lots of room to spread out and we were able to make breakfast every day...fresh croissants just down the street. Being able to wash clothes was also a real plus. The apartment is very well equipped and the location is great. We would be happy to stay here again.

I loved my trip to Paris. Staying at Le Jardin Marais was really great. All the conveniences of home in this very centrally located apartment. The furnishings were top-notch and the color scheme of the apartment is very stylish. The communication of the managers was excellent and very helpful. Thank you Jennifer for a great stay.
