This 100msq; (1076 ftsq;) 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury Paris vacation apartment in the heart of the Marais is the perfect luxury rental. No expense has been spared by the American owners to make their apartment the perfect "home away from home" for you during your vacation in Paris. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and decorated with comfort, luxury and charm in mind. It is up 2 flights of stairs on the French 2nd floor/American 3rd floor. Sorry, no elevator.

Your lovely holiday flat is just around the corner from the Picasso museum, and down the street from Place des Vosges, the trendy rue Charlot and all of the hip shops and... restaurants of the Marais neighborhood. The fruit and vegetable market on rue de Bretagne, "Les Enfants Rouges," is a short walk, as are many wonderful boulangeries, patisseries and gourmet food shops.

  For the amount of money that was spent the apartment was not as nice as the pictures on the web. It also faces a street with a lot of noise, so don't count on a quiet night's sleep.

  We value the client's assessment of their experience in the apartment. The property has recently undergone a series of upgrades to improve it's quality and condition. We advise all clients about the road which the bedrooms face and the possibility of noise from the street in our rental agreement so that they can judge if the property will be suitable for their specific needs.
