The central location is fantastic -- restaurants just steps away, and only a few minutes to Ile de la Cite, the Louvre, Place des Vosges and many other great areas.
The apartment has a murphy bed, which we left stored away, so it was nice to have the spare room to put our suitcases and stuff in. The kitchen is functional (although there is not a traditional oven) and it is quiet at night. Shower is excellent. Tv and WiFi worked without a hitch. As far as comfort, the futon bed is average (somewhat hard by american standards). My husband and I would definitely stay there again. -

As the other reviews have stated, this flat is in an incredible location. The block is lively, yet quiet. As there were only two of us, we felt the flat was plenty large enough. We actually used the second bedroom area to organize our clothing and spread out, since we didn't need the bed in there. Check in and check out were easy and on time. Close to mass transit, which was simple to navigate. The grocery across the street was perfect, as we're the many cafes nearby. We did not meet the owner, but his communication both before and after our stay was timely and helpful. This was our first visit to Paris and we felt our flat location gave us the feel of being a local, which was a great respite after spending our days in tourist spots.

Our family spent a week in Paris at this apartment. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults & 3 kids (ages 7, 9, & 9). It had all the essentials and the kids loved how cozy it was. The location is awesome - very centralized and lots of cafes, shopping (both dry goods & groceries), & museums within walking distance as well as train station. I would recommend it.

Apartment was great; near the Metro to take to all the sites; great restaurants. But the best thing was the greeters who helped us immensely. For the money, it was the best and we appreciated the fact they made us feel at home.

As the title says the location of this apartment made it convenient for walking to major museums and many other sites, Louvre, Orsay, l'Orangerie, Rodin, and Notre Dame to name a few.
The apartment is small but we knew that going in. The apartment sleeps four comfortably and six if you use the hide-a-bed. The apartment includes a dishwasher and a combination washer dryer which we liked for our sixteen day stay in Paris. The apartment is located on a side street which comes alive after working hours with many small cafes/bars. There are also many pastry shops and grocery stores convent to the apartment. -

This flat was in a wonderful location for seeing many Paris sites. Many cafés, gift shops and metro stops very close by as well. We walked to Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsay, Musée du Louvre and the Latin Quarter quite easily. There's a grocery across from the building and even a movie theater with many English-speaking films right down the street.
Booking the flat could not have been easier. The owner, Thierry, was very helpful and prompt in his responses to all concerns we had. The check-in and out process was very easy as well, despite the additional fee of 50 euro for checking-out on a Sunday. The woman that checked us in was very nice, even though she was 15 minutes late, and answered many questions we had about the area. Free international calls and wifi was an excellent amenity.
The flat itself is very small, but the pictures are accurate in their descriptions. We were four adults, and really could not have stayed another week in something so tiny.
The only real complaint we had is that the sliding glass door for the bathroom doesn't offer appropriate privacy for any more people than one couple. You can see right through the door, solid doors would be much more suitable.
All-in-all, we would definitely recommend this flat. It is perfect for a couple, maybe with a small child or two, but not much more.

Make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the airport! We left on a Sunday and the metro stop we were planning on using was closed. Trains were a bit confusing - there were two other parties we saw that were lost. We got to CDG almost 90 minutes early, and were chastised by staff for being so late. Fyi - there was no one on the plane when we got there... -

Excellent location to sites, lots of restaurants, museums, grocery shopping, metro, bus. Clean apartment, very secure. Just a little warm during summer, but that's summer for you. Good management that meets you on check-in and check-out, friendly.

Clear & fast response from Mr. Thierry, the owner.
Our flight from Venice to Paris being delayed for more than 1 hour. We arrive around 1am. Ms. Salome was kind enough to call us & wait for us before leaving the apartment.
The apartment is enough for 4 persons with luggage. Very near to metro Rambuteau & Hotel de Ville station. Round the corner, got the supermarket G20. Downstair along the road got cafes, restaurants and pub. Walking distance to Notre Dame & Louvre museum.
Nice & friendly neighbor from upper floor.
On the last day, while waiting for taxis to airport, realize there is a police station on the other side of the road, to the left side of the apartment. Make me feel more safe around the place
Room is comfortable to stay. Only no mention of toilet paper not provided. -

We stayed for a week at the apartment and it was good. The location was really superb (close to chatelet, walking distance to famous landmarks, good food just downstairs), and the amenities in the apartment were comfortable. I can imagine how romantic it can be for a couple to stay there. The free phone calls to so many countries was really a big plus and I could call friends/relatives back home to let us know how we were without worrying about big phone bills. Without a doubt your apartments will be high on my list of choices if I'm visiting Paris again.

The apartment was fine and efficient, the location is great.
The lady who received us was very kind indeed, perfectly on time and very helpful.
So, we had a great time!
I would only like to add that the apartment is more suitable for four than for six people.

This apartment could not be in a better location. That reason alone makes this a great rental. You will find everything you need within steps of the front door. Plus, there is a metro station at the end of the block. There isn't anything in the city you can't get to within ten minutes. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple or small family. It comes fully furnished with everything you will need. And having a washer/dryer made it easy for us to pack lightly. We also appreciated the free international long distance and Wifi. The apartment doesn't get much natural light and there is no view. But, we weren't there to sit inside and look out the window. Though we delt with the owners in the reservation process, we never actually met them. We were checked in and out by a management company (be prepared for both processes to take a little time.) A little patience was needed in dealing with the management company, but was worth it. Overall, we were happy with the rental and would definitely recomment it.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Thierry was great and easy to work with. The apartment is just how it looks and is described on the website. The location is within walking distance to many sites - 10 to 15 minute walk to the Seine River and Notre Dame. A small grocery store is located around the corner which was very handy to pick up supplies along with bakeries and restaurants down the street.
The apartment is small but the use of space made it comfortable for my elderly parents, daughter and I. The back bedroom was a bit stuffy, but a fan was provided in the apartment which helped. The hydro did go out once (when we plugged in the bedroom lamp)so make sure you know where the breaker is.
I would definitely go back and would highly recommend this apartment. -

This apartment was in a great location, away from the huge crowds & tourists which made you feel like you were local. It is quiet, modern, and the service was great. Plenty of local bakeries, groceries, cafes, and very close the metro sites. In all our years of traveling I don't know why we didn't find a rental like this! Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the Marais loft. There were four of us in our party and the apartment was a great accommodation for us. It's very cozy but the location cannot be beat. We walked to nearly every destination we had and when we didn't there are a number of metro lines within a few blocks that can get you everywhere else. There market across the street is great for staples and there's a health food store a few blocks away- Naturalia France 52 Rue St antoine, 75004 if you require special items. Someone was always available to help if we had a need and check in and out was a breeze.

My husband and I rented this apartment for 6 nights and we were very happy with our choice. It's right by Pompidou so it's easy to locate and is in the center of the city so easy access to everything. There are two metro nearby and it's walking distance to Marais. Apartment is very smartly designed with modern furniture and very well maintained. Thierry, the owner, is very helpful and hands on. Having washer/dryer was very convenient and staying there made us feel like we are one of the locals which is exactly what we wanted. We would rent one of his places again next time.

My family of 5 (1 adult and 4 children) recently stayed in this two room
apartment in Le Marais (7 arrondissement) at Christmas time.
It was a cozy apartment in a fantastic location with very comfortable beds. It
was less than a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville and the Museum
of Modern Art. There were also many metro stations close to the apartment
that made all of Paris very accessible.
The bathroom and kitchen look nearly new and are very nice. The dishwasher
and washer/dryer are nice amenities.
Thierry was also very attentive and helpful which further enhanced our stay.
We would stay here again.
