The Picasso Studio Loft sleeps four comfortably with a queen-size futon mattress on the mezzanine level and a sofa-bed on the spacious ground level. With a large overhead skylight, a fully-functioning fireplace and ample room to move around, this apartment is a comfortable abode nestled in the heart of one of Paris' most beloved neighborhoods, Le Marais.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a microwave/oven and dishwasher. There is also a washer for your laundry; very convenient for travelers looking to save money. The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.

  At first we were unhappy with this suite as it was kind of grungy, it could use a good clean. But it was kind of campy. It was ground floor which we needed and in a good location in Marais, where we wanted to stay. Nice food & wine shops near by and not far to walk to the Opera or Canal area. The beds were comfy but the whole place needs a good dust and fresh coat of paint. The internet was hit and miss and the TV never worked either (no discount offered and no repairs when we were there even though we told them). The free phone service to North a was great though!
  
  The rental company also made a mistake on our funds and had to return to get money, which was awkward. Also when we checked out they did not show up at the appropriate time nd we had a taxi waiting (which we had arranged the night before). the driver called them and we had to hide the keys?? They also never confirmed if we were okay with check out - as I wanted to clear my card. I am a flipkey owner too so I was a little worried that no confirmation was made when we have to give a card for deposit.

  We appreciate the feedback, both positive and negative. I will address the cleanliness with the housekeeper.
  I am happy to report that a new internet service has been installed and all is working fine. As for the check out, you should of been given a time for someone to come by and check you out. I will make sure the management company addresses this with the staff.
