My husband, myself and our 17 year old daughter stayed for 8 nights in this gorgeous apartment. It is meticulously clean, fully equipped and beautifully decorated. The location in the Marais district is perfect. A fifty meter walk to cafes, delicatessens, patisseries, cheese shop, fruit market and a short stroll to the metro. We were met by Barbara who gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. She made us feel welcome and was knowledgeable about Paris. Our booking with the owner, Sarah, was effortless. We highly recommend the apartment and hope to return to Paris and stay here again.

I have never stayed in an apartment where there has been absolutely everything provided that you could ever need for your stay. 27 rue Charlot has to be the best equipped apartment ever. I think even better than my home. Decor superb, linen and towels beautiful (Ralph Lauren!) even an open invitation to "help yourself" to the drinks tray!! In the heart of the Marais. Hidden behind a huge closed wooden door on the street, up a well worn staircase, through the door et voila a beautiful pied a terre for your stay in Paris.

This charming apartment made our trip. Light-fllled, spacious, lovely decor, super modern bathroom/kitchen fixtures, great mattresses -- all the comforts of home, plus a thorough info packet for all our needs. We had a ball cooking, listening to music, and relaxing. Outside, close to metro/bus, great local cafes and bars, heart of Marais. And it was a pleasure arranging all with friendly owners. Merci!

Staying in this apartment made our stay in Paris. It's modern and tasteful fit out made it an absolute oasis to come back to after a days shopping around the fabulous Marais - in fact the apartment has such a nice 'feel' to it, it was sometimes hard to leave! Sarah, the apartment manager, made our stay a memorable one, and had some amazing referrals to restaurants and bars only known to locals, which made us feel like real Parisians. She was also prompt and patient in responding to our many queries! The apartment must have been refurbished within the past 12 months, it is brand new, high quality, and a delight to stay in. I cannot recommend it highly enough - and the location is unbeatable!

We had high expectations for Charlot and boy did it deliver...Simply put everything you could want in a trip to Paris is on your doorstep. Markets, Bagets, Cafe Creme's...all a stone's throw away on Bretagne. The restaurants were amazing that were recommended and looking forward to doing it again soon.

This apartment is right in the heart of the colourful Marais, one of the best and most friendly areas of Paris.
It is a divine mix of parisian and easy breezey living. The most amazing thing about the apartments decor is that no matter how many people are in there it never feels to full. The apartment is fitted with all the added extra's that make you feel right at home.
This place is the best you are going to get in Paris for couples or for Family. a must see and stay!! -

I loved everything about the apartment on Rue Charlot. I love the Marais, and the location was perfect. They even had baskets I could use for the markets,(les enfants rouge is down the street) and there was plenty of cookware to prepare dinner for my French friends (who also gave the apartment their approval). I had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV and Stove (there were instructions, but I am still very electronically challanged) .The decorating was charming, and the beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom can be a bit loud (it is on the street) but the 2nd bedroom is very quiet.
Andy Waters picked me up at the airport, and was on time and a really nice person. I was greated at the apartment by Barbara who explained everything, and was always available to answer any questions . I will definitely stay there again!!! -

This beutiful, warm and stylish apartment in a great Paris neighborhood made my Paris stay so comfortable and luxurious! I lounged, went out, came back---just like home, yet with Paris at my fingertips. I have been to Paris a number of times and have stayed in hotels and apartments. Nothing compares to this truly liveable home on Rue Charlot. It has all one could desire and even more!

I have been to Paris a number of times and this trip was the best The apartment is conveniently located near shopping, transportation, restaurants, open air markets, The kitchen in the apartment is a cook's dream - fully stocked with top of the line appliances. And, if you don't feel like cooking, there are a number of stores and market stalls that will provide foodstuffs that will make a wonderful meal (try the chicken and potatoes at the rotisserie store on the corner of rue charlot and rue bretagne) to take back to the apartment .

Carrying the xmas tree in the snow, amazing street lights, hot xmas lunch & buche de noel. Wonderfully located appartment - in the heart of beautiful shops, cafes, galleries and then an amazing fresh produce market opened in the street 2 weeks before Xmas. Beautifully french decorated appartment - enough room for extended family and small third room (study) to put teenager in, away from the middle of the lounge. Obviously the owners thought carefully about the mix of fantastic location in a quiet little street.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here - it absolutely made our stay in Paris. The apartment itself was divine - welcoming, very comfortable and in a beautiful old building. The booking process was really easy and it was a pleasure dealing with the property manager. She was very friendly and also gave us some great tips on where to eat.
And the actual location of the apartment was perfect - the ideal spot to discover the Marais. We were next door to a delicious food market, just up the road from divine cafes, bars and bakeries. It was heaven. I would highly recommend this flat and will be staying here again when I return to Paris.
