You will be at two steps from the Centre Georges Pompidou (100m), Tours St Jacques (200m), Iles de la cité with the cathedral Notre Dame (600m), City hall (300m) and subway châtelet les Halles (300m).
At proximity lot off restaurants, coffees, bakery, stores and supermarket.

We arrived on 30 December and a sweet woman opened us the apartment wich was equal at the pictures of the website. The bilocal was nice, clean and in a good position if Paris. We was near the metro and near backery, restaurant, bar and market. The street was quiet and Frenk friendly and amenable. There was a difference from our quotidianity: no shutters on the window! Big curtain cover them but one of them had problems to be close. In the bathroom there was a big shower but two towel not so big.
We passed a good holiday here. Thank you! -

Perfectly located in the local heart of the Marais, rather than the touristy part (which was just what we wanted). The apartment had all the essentials and the wifi was very reliable. There was even an updated 2012 tour book which was perfect to plan your adventures for the next day and to use.
There is plenty of space for two, although 4 people would be a push. Noise levels were typical of Paris (everyone on top of each other), so no complaints there. The apartment was very clean and the lady who came to meet us on arrival was very friendly and informative.
We had a wonderful stay in paris for the week, so much so we asked Franck (the owner) if we could stay an extra week! This apartment was booked but he organised another great apartment for us, which was as good, if not better! Many thanks to Franck for looking after us for the two weeks. We'll be back! :-) -

The appartment was very nice: quite fresh, no smell, enough space, goos WiFi connection, very close to the center. The only minus was the lack of sun light as the apparment was on the first floor. But it was not important for us as we spent all day long walking in the city.
It was very pleasant to find salt, olive oil, tea bags in the kitchen.
