      Lovely stay in Paris.

Left on 01/22/2013 for a stay in December 2012

Positive: Was welcomed by Jeremy who was very lovely and showed us around the apartment including tips of seeing Paris. Beautiful, comfortable apartment perfect for two people. kitchen working beautifully- alot of kitchen equipments handy. bathroom is roomy + washing machine is very useful. Close to Republique STN metro- which is about 5 minutes walk. Heating worked well as we stayed in December 2012.

Negative: Its on the third floor therefore alot of stairs! No elevator. Otherwise no other negative comments.

the Location was excellent, this is not a touristy spot this is a great spot if you want to feel like you are living like a ~~ Parisian, great market at your door step where you can buy fresh pasta! and any other great thing very trendy bohemian place to eat in as well, you can go from shop to shop all in the one block to get your wine cheese bread and take it back to your apartment which has a stove top and microwave(no oven)to enjoy with shots of espresso before you head to the sien (the main river that runs through Paris" Jeremy was so nice, lovely host. the apartment is good with its washing machine, sofa bed is fine, bathroom nice, most apartments in Europe have a lot of stairs and it's a great way to burn off some of the pastries you would have definitely not have been able to resist, but if you have a bad leg or an elderly guest this would not be suitable. I would definitely stay again. nice and warm in winter too.

      Perfect Location!

Left on 11/17/2012 for a stay in October 2012

The studio has all you need for a short/medium stay in Paris. I stayed there for 10 days and it was perfect. I was received by Jeremy and he was very kind and attentive. The studio was equiped with clean and good towels and bed linen, and a "welcome kit" (10 euros) with nespresso capsules, tea, and sugar. The sofa-bed is practical and confortable. The heat works very well. The bathroom is very good, mostly because of the great shower and the good ilumination. The studio has tv/cable-tv, fast internet wifi access, and a sound system where you can connect your ipod. Every equipment is new, and the studio is very bright. I have one only suggestion: more artificial light in the living-room (for reading at night). The key point is the location: two steps from "Le Marché des Enfants Rouges", and "Rue de Bretagne". 7 min by foot from "Filles du Calvaire" metro station, and 15 min by foot from "Hotel de Ville". The neighborhood is charming, safe, and full of life (but the appartment is very quiet.) I'll definetely stay there during my next visit to Paris.

Great little studio in Le Marais

Left on 11/07/2012 for a stay in October 2012

We loved our 7 night stay at this great little studio in Le Marais. Jean-Philippe was so patient with all my questions before and after booking the studio. On arrival at Gare du Nord, we phoned/sent text message to Jeremy to arrange check-in. Half an hour later, Jeremy met us outside the studio and checked us in. We had early check-in and just paid extra 20 euros for it (arranged before hand with Jean-Philippe). Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. The studio was quite charming and perfect for two people. We had a little kitchen and shower with washing machine and dryer. The climb up 4 flights of stairs can be a challenge. The studio's location in Le Marais is superb - close to everything! I would recommend this and would stay here again. A big thank you to Jean-Philippe and Jeremy.

Perfect space, best location, and great customer service

Left on 11/03/2012 for a stay in October 2012

We loved this apartment. The customer service was superb. I was cautious and reserved renting from the internet without personal recommendations, but the website, personal follow-up, and layers of professionalism were not just reassuring, but a testament to a quality product. When we arrived, it was a perfect, blank slate apartment that we were able to make ours. Location was the best, quiet and convenient and still central to an awesome neighborhood. During the rest of our trip, we stayed at several airbnb spaces that were excellent and fun, but this space was more like hotel accommodations in being a blank slate, but really felt like you were living in Paris: perfect, luxurious, pristine, and ideal for the price, location, and product delivery. Details on space -- it's typically small like Paris apts are and a lot of detail went into choosing furniture and design to make the space function well. Was very easy to transition from living room, to dining space, to sleeping quarters. This includes a pull-out bed which was fine and comfortable enough. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was stocked with enough utensils. And the Nescaffe was the best feature :) Apartment building was great. View was nice. showers, hot water, and water pressure were excellent. Thanks Sebastian, Jean-Philippe, and Jeremy.

      Cozy apartment, great neighborhood

Left on 09/13/2012 for a stay in September 2012

I loved this little apartment in Le Marais. The neighborhood is not in the centre of the tourist areas so it is nice and quiet during the night. It is small but comes with everything you could possibly need in an apartment. All the staff of the rental company LivinParis were extremely friendly and very quick at responding to emails and requests. A lovely gentleman named Jeremy welcomed us once we arrived, he explained everything in the apartment in details to us. On the day we left, he arrived back on time to give us our deposits back. I was also granted a late checkout with no extra charge. I would definitely return to a rental apartment with LivingParis when coming back to Paris.
This particular apartment is small, so I do not recommend to seniors or families with kids. It is perfect for 1 or 2 young to middle aged people.

      Excellent studio apartment

Left on 07/26/2012 for a stay in July 2012

We rented the apartment for one week in July and had an excellent stay. The studio is perfect for two - quite cozy but has everything you need and sacrificing the space is worth being in the neighbourhood! It was very clean, comfortable and well-designed. We were met at the building and given the key, which was hassle-free and very convenient. The neighbourhood is wonderful, with many restaurants, shops and lots of people. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Ideal location and very nicely modernized. We just found it too small. Having to pack the bed up before being able to move around. Also no where to place suitcases etc. we seemed to be constantly moving things to get to other things. Jeremy was there ready and waiting when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. He carried my luggage up the 4 flights. This would be a problem for older renters or.

We felt like Parisians for four wonderful nights in June.

Left on 07/14/2012 for a stay in June 2012

We were greeted at the door of our apartment by friendly staff who helped us get settled. We enjoyed living in this apartment on Rue Charlot for four days. We loved the location...being close to Rue Bretagne, where there is a wonderful market. We walked three or four blocks to the metro each day...visited the Eiffel Tower, the Place de La Concord, the Louvre, Napoleon's Tomb and other museums. The apartment is cozy but very well equipped. We kept the windows open every night and it was cool and quiet. There are four flights of stairs to get to this apartment, but by the second day we were used to them. It was a lovely stay and we have many great memories of Paris. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

It is a small but very comfortable apartment, clean and well accessorized (free wi-fi included). The position is great, very central, and there is a nice roof view. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. The sofa bed is comfortable. The flat is located on an high floor with no elevator. We had no problems in arranging our check-in/check-out. We definitely recommend this accomodation.

It was absolutly perfect, we had very good service. The appartement was clean and exactly like it was on the picture! It is very quiet at night even if it is situated in Le Marais which is popular at night! The situation is a real advantage! Everything is near and Le Marais is beatiful! In fact I can't say that something was wrong because everything was perfect! I recommand it to everyone!

      Fantastic apartment!

Left on 06/04/2012 for a stay in April 2012

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in Le Marais. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores were at our doorstep. The apartment was small, but the perfect size for our needs. We made our breakfast in the modern kitchen every day, we even brought home dinner and relaxed in the apartment. It was very clean and Sebastien's colleagues were friendly in helping us settle into the apartment. If you want to experience the Parisian life, I would recommend you stay there. All the major attractions are only a short train ride away. The Paris transit system was great to get around, although it would be very helpful if you spoke French.

I would stay in this apartment again

Lovely apartment on a quiet street in a bustling neighborhood

Left on 05/06/2012 for a stay in April 2012

This apartment is on a quiet street in the 3rd arrondissement. Most of the people in the immediate neighborhood are Parisians, as opposed to tourists, so one can get a real feel for the city. Plenty of restaurants with extended hours are within a very short walk. The typical butchers, cheese shops, bakeries, pastry shops, fresh produce shops, etc. are also within three or four blocks.

Both the building and the neighborhood are safe. The building has both an outer locking door (opens with a keypad) and an inner locking door.

The apartment itself is compact, but quite adequate for one or two people. All the fixtures, etc. are modern. The decor is soft minimalist - very relaxing. The sofa bed is quite comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential tools for making meals. The clothes washer was very welcome, although if one prefers not to wash one's own clothes, there is a laundry on the same block. Everything was immaculate.

Maid service is available for a small additional charge and can be arranged for as many days as you like.

      Wifi is fast and reliable.

Here's a tip for americans: French door locks work differently from those in the us. (This is true of residential locks all over France, although hotels locks are similar to those in the us.) Be sure to listen to the instructions and practice opening the doors yourself when checking in.

Don't let the four flights of stairs discourage you. The risers aren't as high as standard american risers, so the climb is easy.

I very much enjoyed my stay here and recommend it highly.

      Acogedor

Left on 04/17/2012 for a stay in April 2012
