The building provided a reception desk open from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The flat is situated on the 5th of a 6 floors building with elevator and offers a chic/vintage and comfortable decor.

The apartment opens on 3 windows with old fashioned interior window shutters and comes also equipped with a large white leather sofa that can be unzip...ped to create another single bed, two others black armchair, a leather easy chair, one desk (it will be changed for much more good looking one!..) and a dining table, clothing cupboard, clean linen and towels, washing/dryer machine, iron, ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen: cookware, and brand news devices: dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer retro, big oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, electric kettle, toaster (vintage).

Located in the very heart of the Paris, on rue Saint Martin between the historical, cultural and trendy district : Le Marais and Châtelet-Les Halles, at the feets of the most famous Temple of modern art : "Centre Georges Pompidou", steps from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, boutiques and quaint streets.

The neighborhood is lively and you will have everything you need within two minutes:

bakeries, grocery stores, butcher shops, cheese shops, supermarkets and organic supermarkets, cash machines, Café, the little chinese district (art et métiers), movie theaters, Art galleries, museums, BHV, Fnac, swimming pool, gym, Bikram Yoga… And even the very high-calories "crêpes"opened very late at night just around the corner!

Close to the Rue de Rivoli and Rambuteau, everything is at reach and there's a lot do and to see around here.
