The large 145 square meter apartment is located on the 3rd and final floor of a beautiful "Hotel Particular" and offers both comfort and style. The owner has decorated the space with an eclectic mix of antique and modern pieces giving it a unique Parisian flair.

Ascending the stately staircase, you will find two double doors that welcome you into your Saint Germain abode. The apartment offers a spacious main salon with comfortable seating for at least six, a dining room table that seats six and three... large windows that fill the apartment with light throughout the day. The kitchen, just off of the main salon, is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, large refrigerator and all the cookware you will need if you decide to enjoy a quiet dinner at home. Crossing the hall you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom featurs two large French windows, an original fireplace, a queen size bed fitted with high quality linens and a large plasma screen television with premium cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom offers another queen size bed, and the charming third bedroom is fitted with a twin bed and an original fireplace. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower/bathtub. You will also find both a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Just off of the main entrance is an office, which can also be set up as a fourth bedroom with a real twin mattress.

Throughout the apartment you will find original detailing including parquet floors, exposed beams and ornate fireplaces.

It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, sightseeing or business. Surrounding the apartment, you have countless cafes, bakeries, markets, grocery stores, one just across the street, and some of the city's best restaurants all at your doorstep. If sightseeing is in your plans, you are around the corner from the George Pompidou Center, a ten minute walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, La Conciergerie, Ile de Cité and Ile Saint Louis, ten to fifteen minute walk to the Louvre, and about a twenty to thirty minute walk to Saint Germain des Pres. The location is ideal. For shopping, some of the city's best small boutiques with both local and international known designers and vintage shops are at your doorstep. In addition to being close to so many sights, there are also many favorite local spots that I love to share with my guest.
