Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment with all the conveniences you could wish for! The "kitchen" was well-equipped and it really helped the budget being able to have a breakfast and dinner at home. Good location, one block walk to Metro, a little convenience store and couple of restuarants just down the road. A little tight for a family of four but our children were young so it was do-able. Probably wouldn't recommend for more than two adults.
Would ask for instructions for the a/c if going in summer as we couldn't figure it out!
V.I.P. were excellent to deal with from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to book thru them again. -

Our stay at the apartment was everything we expected. One night there was a very loud party at the apartment just above ours that lasted long into the night and was very disturbing. But what can one expect in an apartment building??? The apartment was clean and everything worked well. The location was perfect for our needs. We still rated the visit "5 star" despite the neighbor's noise.

Would highly recommend this flat. Everything was great except for the vent fan in the bathroom, couldnt find the switch or if it was automatic, it was malfunctioning.

We couldn't have done better! A wonderfully comfortable and well equipped apartment close to everything we needed; local specialist stores, atmospheric cafes and the metro. We loved it and would stay here again next time we visit Paris!

My adult daughter and I have just returned from a wonderful stay in #228, Comfortable One-bedroom, near Marais. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the manager called us on the first day to answer any questions and welcome us. The location was okay; it was a bit far away from the center of the Marais where the shops and restaurants were. We were very close to 2 Metro stops: Fille de Calvaire and Republic which made it easy to get around to see all the sights. The bathroom was very large and there was adequate storage space in the bedroom. The furnishings were modern and new. The packet that we printed before we came had very good information as far as getting to the apartment and leaving for the airport. We had a great stay and will definitely use this company again when we return to Paris.
