Villa Pia is a bifamiliar villa - with shared swimming pool - located in Recco a little city near the sea and few km from Camogli, Genoa Nervi, Portofino, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre. The swimming pool is a great addition to the villa.
The surroundings will certainly make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we especially recommend the villa for family.
The villa is beautifully surrounded by a forest of oaks. It is situated in approximately 3000mq of secular olive tree.
There are two independent apartments: Apart. A and apart. B.

LiguriaΓ’β¬β’s long, narrow stretch of coastline, from Ventimiglia in the west to Portovenere in the east, lies on the
Mediterranean and is sheltered by the Maritime Alps and Ligurian Apennines to the north. The region has very mild

Liguria is usually referred to as the Italian Riviera and is comprised of two regions: The Riviera di Ponente (Riviera of the

The Ponente is home to the fancy seaside resort of Sanremo and evokes its commercialized French counterparts to the

Recco area
Recco is called the gastronomic capital of Liguria.
Famous is the "Focaccia al Formaggio" , "Troffie al Pesto", "Pansotti con la salsa di noci".
For those who like to walk the beach is a 20-minute walk.
By car it takes 10 minutes.
There is also a small bus that has stopped outside the gate of the villa.
In the vicinity of Recco there are Rapallo (4km), Santa Margherita (4km), Camogli (km 1), Genova Nervi (km. 4), Genoa
Centre (km 15).
The connections with buses and trains are frequent and comfortable.
There is also a taxi service.

We were a party of two families 10 in all and the villa was perfect for us one family in one villa and one in the other. Half way up a mountain with the most amazing views across the valley. The accommodation was basic but clean and spacious . There is a bus that goes along the mountain road behind the villa but we never used it and chose to walk into town quite a walk and not for the un fit but we were on holiday so wants a nice walk in the Italian country side. We hired a small car which was great to bring the cases from the airport and get the essential shopping in. Great pool and we had it to ourselves. Lots to see in the region and spent most nights eating and looking over Recco bay. Some drinking as well. Only thing we would have welcomed was more information as to when the buses did run where they ran to and other local attractions we should look out for. A holiday is what you make it and with the help of antonio we had a great time.

We spent a week this september in Villa Pia and it was a wonderful time. The view from the Villa is great and you are next door from Portofino, Camogli e 5 Terre. Recco is the capital of focaccia and food there is great. The owner is really helpfull.

We had a great time at Villa Pia. Great proximity to Cinque Terra and Genoa, and minutes away from magnificent Camogli Beach.
The accommodation was great. Very clean and spacious with everything that you could need. It would be especially suitable for large groups and would accommodate them easily.
We enjoyed our afternoons watching the sunset over the valley and even the wild boars in the garden below.
Antonio was away, but was in touch regularly by phone and provided great ideas and tourist information.
Reccommend with pleasure. -

Very friendly owners, welcoming and generous. Facilities pretty good, although kitchen a bit small and lacking a bit with equipment. Great views. Nice town. Close to lots of other sightseeing places, particularly Camogli, Genoa, and the Cinque Terre.

Everything was beautiful and refreshing. The green of the terraces, the charm of the stone, the smell of the forest, the chirping of birds, the facilities of the villa, sympathy and kindness of the owners ... I wish all my friends and people close to me to try my own experience. Liguria has a special charm.

"La casa Γ¨ confortevole e ben fornita ed Γ¨ in una posizione molto tranquilla, che rende perΓ² indispensabile l'automobile per qualsiasi spostamento. I proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e pazienti: eravamo in 14! Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana a fine agosto tra riposo, nuotate in piscina, cene in terrazza e bellissime passeggiate. "
