Beautiful private villa with swimming pool very peacefully located near Recco on the Ligurian coast, Italy.

This holiday villa (220 m²) accommodates 10 people:

- On the main floor is a spacious and charming living room with TV, couches and open fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower

- On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed and TV, bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. These 2 bedrooms have air conditioning.

- Accessed from the pool area (no internal connection from the house) are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, a bathroom with tub.

This marvelous country h...ouse is situated in a private garden (1500m²) containing olive and chestnut trees. There is a spacious terrace with pleasant views of the surrounding countryside, and a large outdoor table and barbecue. The large swimming pool (4x8m) is perfect for taking a cooling dip during the hot summer months and features a shaded terrace where you can lay back and relax in the chairs and sun loungers.

  We loved the house! It is a typical "rustico" very nicely restructured with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is also very romantic... 10 minutes drive from Recco up a curvy mountain road with a view of the valley on both sides. It is not possible to bring the car to the property but there is a big parking space about 2 minutes walk away and it felt like a safe place to leave your car. One big plus point is the restaurant placed by the parking space. The very friendly owners can prepare upon request a dinner for approx euro 10 per person of home made fresh pasta. We made use of this a couple of times and were very happy. Once she made us tagliatelle with rabbit-ragu - it was absolutely delicious!! The owners of the property were also very friendly and were able to give us some good advise. The Liguria is a beautiful romantic area with lots of little towns to visit which are all very near and easy to reach by car - but I do think a car is necessary for a nice stay here.
