Welcome to the Nestle Inn, our country respite in the beautiful Bruce
Peninsula. No matter what the day is like you will find something to amuse both children and adults. The public beach, playground, and boat launch are a 4-minute walk away, with a shallow sand bottom stretching some 150 to 200 feet from shore.
Our cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six people. The beds are a queen, double, and bunk bed with single mattresses on top and bottom. The Nestle Inn is located in the small village of Red Bay, 21 km. from both Sauble beach and Wiarton. The location is nicely private,set back from the paved road, and a four minute walk to the public beach and boat launch on Lake Huron. The driveway will handle three vehicles easily.
There are nature trails and attractions throughout the area, and the Sauble Beach amusement park and beach are just 15 minutes directly south.
There is a small convenience store for propane fills, video rentals, and a mini-putt 150 m. along our road. The kids love an ice cream cone from there, too.
Grocery shopping & restaurants are in both Sauble & Wiarton, and souvenier shopping throughout the area. Weekend flea markets are in Oliphant and on Highway 6 north or Wiarton. In the event of emergencies the Wiarton Hospital is a full service facility, part of the Grey Bruce Health Centre group.
Summers tend to be dryer in the peninsula, and the beautiful Lake Huron sunsets are routinely attended by many watchers from the shore.
