Moose Be Heaven is the perfect place for a family vacation in summer or winter. It is conveniently located at the bottom of Ski Run Road and just a bit of a stroll from downtown Red Lodge. The home is set up with a crib and a cute cowboy trundle so it is a great place for the whole family. You can enjoy cable TV, take a 5-7 block walk downtown, be close to ski hill or kick back on the deck. It has one bedroom on the main level with the masterbath, kitchen and living area. Downstairs there are two bedrooms one with a queen and the other with a trundle. Their is a 3/4 bath and washer dryer.

My husband and I stayed at Moose Be Heaven for five nights with our three kids. Everything was great. The furnishings are updated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. (An electric griddle would have been useful for breakfasts, though.) the decorations are what you might expect for a retreat in Montana. The building looks like a renovated library, perhaps, so the ceilings are very high. One note though, to get to the lower level you must use a spiral staircase. Aaa Red Lodge Rentals did a great job of making sure we had what we needed and were very helpful.

This was my third stay at Moose Be Heaven. I must say that it was the best so far. The owner's decorating tastes are superb! It is beautiful inside and out and has every amenity you can imagine. You just unpack and you are at home. All you need is food. Everything is there for you to enjoy; coffee maker, dishes, hairdryer, towels. Like I said, you don't have to bring anything except your clothes and food if you plan to cook. It is located at a very quiet and private end of town, just where you begin your journey to Beartooth Pass. There may be a deer or two walk through the back yard and under the carport, and if you are lucky, you might even see some other animals grazing up on the mountains behind you. Be prepared to walk up steps to get into the condo if you have an older person with you. My older aunt was with my and she navigated them with no problem. We let her sleep upstairs in the master bedroom. There is a spiral staircase that is very narrow that an older person may have difficulty with but if they sleep upstairs, there is no problem. The rental agent, Piney is wonderful to work with and will help you with anything you need. My group suggests that Red Lodge is the place to be and Moose Be Heaven is the best place to stay in the town. We absolutely loved it and will visit again soon. Thank you, AaA Red Lodge Rentals and the Owner of Moose Be Heaven for making our trip to Montana one that we will never forget. We recommend you with 5 stars!!!

We rented Moose Be Haven our family could be close during a family reunion in Red Lodge. The house was located very close to downtown for shopping and the 4th of July parade. The house was very cozy! The kids slept downstairs and had their own bathroom while mom and dad got the master bed and bath. The only tough part was the spiral staircase. It's a little tough to carry a sleeping baby down the stairs to the crib. The house was also located close enough to fishing access, and the wilderness. We were able to fish with young kids at Wild Bill, and we were able to see a few bears. It was nice to look out off the porch and see the turkeys walking in the field. We would definitely do it all again!
