The Island at Rock Creek subdivision is a 37 acre secluded yet in town development offering you and your family a quiet on the creek town home just 3 blocks to down town Red Lodge. Red Lodge is the south entrance to the Beartooth highway which is one of America's top 10 scenic drives, Yellowstone park is 70 miles away, Cody is 60 miles. and you have some of the greatest hiking trails in amerca just minutes away. We have a great ski resort for the winter with a cross counrty nordic area as well. Golf, Tennis, swimming, fishing, hiking, and just plain getting away from it all make Red Lodge a great vacation spot.

My family and I have been vacationing in Red Lodge for over 20 years. We have come to love the small mountain community and all it has to offer for a great family vacation; access to the Beartooth Pass and Yellowstone Park, wonderful hiking trails in abundance close to town, good fishing in lakes and streams, golf and tennis right in town and plenty of places for bike riding. The past 5 years or so, we've been staying at the condos at Island at Rock Creek when we visit Red Lodge. To put it mildly, we have been spoiled with the fantastic accommodations. Located right next to Rock Creek, it is set in an idyllic background with the old mine bluff towering over the eastern view and snow-capped peaks visible to the west and south. In the past 5 years we have seen deer, wild turkey, black bear and moose all within 2 blocks of the condos. To have all this wilderness experience and be within 3 blocks of main street Red Lodge is one aspect that makes staying at these condos such an incredible treat. Another reason is all the condos provide comfortable luxury and space that makes a family vacation easy with everyone having enough room to enjoy each other without stepping on each other. As far as I know, all units have at least 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a great kitchen, a washer and dryer and a hottub on the deck overlooking the creek. Staying at these condos is especially convenient for families or groups that all aren't on the same itinerary every day. We have stayed at places in the past that were futher from downtown,and it wasn't very easy if the car was gone for the "left behinds" to stay entertained. As I mentioned before, these condos are 3 blocks from main street and and all the shops and restaurants and bars that are easily walked to. Combine all these together with a warm and friendly staff that provide great service and you can see that the Island at Rock Creek is a great find for a fantastic vacation stay!

I have stayed at lots of resorts all over the world and I would have to say that the Island at Rock Creek is one of my favorites, it is an excelent value. I am sure we will be back again next year. It is a beautiful condo that is both private yet close to everything.
