Stunning renovation of old woodwork and hardwood floors. Remodeled kitchen. Sophisticated decor and furnishings. Two beautiful wood-burning fireplaces. Large yard with BBQ and hot tub.
On the main level, there is a bedroom with a double bed with a 3/4 bath. The kitchen,dining, and two living areas are on this level. There is also a pull out sleeper sofa a full bath and laundry area. Upstairs there is a master with a king bed and a 3/4 bath, a room with a double bed, and a room with two twin beds. There is a living area on this level as well.

We spent a long weekend at the house. Our annual family reunion, 9 adults and 4 grandkids. Plenty of room for all to spread out. One block from downtown. Plenty of shopping & evening entertainment. The ladies really enjoyed the extra large kitchen. We'll be back!

The big four bedroom house with a nice size kitchen, living room and family room worked great for a family reunion with lots of room. The big yard also was great. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the stores and the Lions Park. We also especially appreciated the central air condition, since it was extremely hot for Red Lodge. The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes and cookware which was appreciated. What I liked the least was not having good rubber mats by the sinks and stove, which are needed with wooden floors. And I would recommend that the big rag rug in the kitchen be replaced with good kitchen mats, too easy to trip on the rug. The house was very cleaned, except the floors needed to be cleaned (they were swept, but not mopped).

Rental home in Red Lodge with 4 bedrooms, sleeping room for 10. We liked the home, it was nice and roomy for our group. The location was great - just a block from the downtown shopping. The hot tub was also great - a necessity after skiing all day!! Only downfall is that two of the three bathrooms were located inside two of the bedrooms - made it hard to share.

This house couldn't have been better for our group! Three full bathrooms, plenty of bedrooms, spacious, large kitchen, hot tub outside, and within walking distance to town, groceries, restaurants, etc. Loved the real wood-burning fireplace.

The only thIng that needs to be changed is the snow needs to be removed from the drive way as well as the walk path - that wasnt done! We has about 10 inches of new snow over the x we were there . Also there needs to be amenities such as soap for shower, sinks etc! We just went n bought some! Otherwise we loved the location all else was wonderful!

We rented Rosa's Boarding House as the hub for our wedding weekend over the 4th of July. We utilized a local motel and another rental in town, but our house was were all of the action happened. We hosted Bbqs and yard games for 20 people two nights in a row. The proximity to downtown made it convenient to walk wherever we needed to go. We slept 8 in the house very comfortably. There was room for everyone without feeling over crowded. My only complaint (for convenience sake) is there is only one bathroom on the second floor located in a bedroom. Those guests had to go down stairs or disturb our newly wedded bliss! Not only is Rosa's adorable on the outside, but the inside too! My new step daughter thinks it came right out of Hgtv! I would recommend this location for any time of the year!! The hot tub is an added bonus, but it was only used once due to all of the other activities.
