It is located in prestine Monte Vista Estates and perched right along the Red River.The chalet features two master suites, luxury furnishings, and a fabulous open floor plan, making it perfect for entertaining and family fun in the mountains.

You will love taking time off the slopes and hanging out in the comfortable living room with a wall of windows looking out along the river, vaulted ceilings with exposed timber beams and open floor plan. The windows all open so you can listen to the water as it flows towards town. Make you...rself at home with a fireplace, flat screen HD television, DVD, Satellite w/ HBO & Tivo so you don't miss your favorite shows!

The kitchen was designed with function and beauty in mind. You will love cooking while enjoying the mountain and river views. It features a big island and breakfast bar, plenty of counter space, custom aspen cabinetry, including a built-in sub-zero refrigerator, Calphalon cookware, quality dish and silverware and everything you need to prepare all your great recipes.

Have dinner in this gorgeous dining room with hickory table and chairs. It is open to the kitchen and living room and perched above the river with fantastic views! Have a dinner party while staying at the Smokey River Chalet. We have beautiful dishes, silverware and servers for 16 guests.

The downstairs master bedroom features a gorgeous king bed with pillow top mattress and luxurious down comforter and linens, a large private tiled bathroom with a nice walk in shower and big vanity with makeup seat.

The second master bedroom boasts breathtaking views of the Red River, a king bed and a huge and private tiled bathroom with a whirlpool garden tub, walk in shower and a large vanity with makeup seat.

The beautiful third bedroom features a beautiful queen bed with newer pillow top mattress, writing desk, love seat and beautiful mountain views.

The fourth bedroom is adorable and decorated in a western/ski theme. It is perfect for singles or children with a beautiful log bunk and two twin beds. (sleeps 4)

A large hall bath with sky light services the third and fourth bedrooms with a large, beautiful tile shower with glass door and spacious vanity with a vanity seat for getting ready.

The back yard is the best part of this vacation home. The deck, with built in seating, sits above the river with a gas grill and offers spectacular mountain and river views. You will also enjoy easy steps with railing down to a log swing and the river for relaxing and fishing. The front and side acreage are level and provide a fire pit, horseshoes, and plenty of room for outside activities.

Bring your mountain toys! There is plenty of room for parking several vehicles and trailers.
