We were very disappointed in our condo. It was not clean(we had to shampoo the carpets etc.) and it took the management company 2 months to fix a leaky toilet and faucet.

You told us about the leak, but your words were " It's not that bad and we dont' want to be interrupted while we are here. Have it fixed when we leave." Then a few weeks later, you complain that we hadn't fixed it. It then got fixed in a matter of hours.

This is now my third year staying at 201 San Remo and it is my home away from home! I love its location!! I can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the ocean or watch the birds fly in. The beach is almost a private beach compared to other places I have stayed. Since I travel a good bit it is nice to stay somewhere with all the kitchen amenities so I can cook for myself.

Very roomy and comfortably furnished condo, with an extra-large master bedroom. Nice pool always very clean. Pots and pans could replace the existing old and worn ones.

Our week's stay went much too fast! Getting checked-in and out was a breeze with the instructions provided. The unit was very spacious and comfortable and kitchen well stocked with cookware, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. This unit is next to a wildlife bird sanctuary so bird noise was quite loud at times but easily gotten used to. Well, except maybe while at the pool area sometimes. Very loud and not too terribly relaxing. Just headed back out to the beach! Speaking of the pool area, that was very nice. It was great to have a restroom very handy so we didn't have to head back to the unit especially when out at the beach. There were a few times the pool was not very user friendly as some of the friendly bird neighbors decided to share their dead fish and placed them in the pool. The beach was fantastic! Despite the birds and their noise we'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your two bedroom condo. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space and a great kitchen. Our dog, Buttons, felt at home the minute we went inside and her only complaint was the very small pet walk area. The beach was incredible and right out back and my daughter loved the swimming pool. Very convenient to lots of restaurants, putt putt golf, attractions, and pet friendly parks and restaurants. The only downside was having to fish keys out of your pocket multiple times to get inside. Loved it and would love to own one of these condos ourselves!

Mr K. Jenkins and his staff were a joy to work with. The condo building is older but the unit was clean and had all the amenities that were needed for a great stay. The best part was the beaches were not crowded with tourist and the store was not to far away to get our groceries. The most important thing to us was it was a pet friendly unit and that was the clincher for our wonderful family get away for Memorial day weekend!
