Welcome and greetings from the sunny shores of the Gulf Coast of Florida. We are located between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach in a very quiet, residential neighborhood and only a two minute walk to the beach. Our home is closely situated to a variety of Gulf Coast attractions and only 90 minutes to Disney World and Sea World. We believe you will find our accomodations and service exceptional. We are right next door (appears to be a duplex but is actually two homes). If you have any questions or concerns, we will do our best to remedy them immediately.

We selected this house for the close proximity to family living in Largo and the beaches. We were not disappointed. We traveled with our 3 teens (15, 18, 19). The home was spotless when we arrived. The 2 bedrooms are roomy. The living area was very spacious and provided more then enough room to gather with everyone. The outdoor living space is fabulous - nice outside sitting/eating area and a great grill. The kids loved returning from the beach, rinsing in the outdoor shower, and taking a swim in the pool.
The kitchen is appropriately stocked for a beach home. We were able to cook breakfast as well as cook a meal for our extended family and us to enjoy together (a dishwasher would have been great but the kids learned what it was like to 'be the dishwashers - lol).
My father in law is 85 and has 'slowed down a bit'. The property was easily accesible for him.
We were able to walk to the beach in under 5 minutes and the property has a great beach cart-complete with chairs, toys, and an umbrella.
The owners of the property are great. They live next door to the property. We chatted when we checked in but rarely saw them. However it was amazing that they were wondefully present when we did need them. The air conditioning had an issue. We stopped over to let them know the house was quite warm. They were not home but we left a message for them and continued on our way for the evening. We left at 6:30, by 7 I had a call from Dave (the owner), at 7:30 I had a second call from Dave saying the air conditioning man would be there before 9, we arrived home at 9:30 to a cool house and Dave checking to be sure it was all good. He was truely fabulous!
This house is close to St. Pete/Clearwater. You can travel North, South, East and get to a variety of places quickly.

place felt like home the moment we walked in. we didn't want to leave! we even started looking at real estate in the area. owners jan and dave were friendly, accommodating, and just plain awesome. they live next door, give you all the privacy you need, but are just a doorbell away to help out. place is immaculately clean. kitchen is fully loaded, no need to bring cookware, plates, silverware. master bedroom has a queen bed, en suite full master bath, and big walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and large bureau. tons of extra closet space in the hallway. 2nd full bathroom in the hall. living room seats 8 comfortably. not sure if one of the sofas pulls out into a bed, but it may. nice big sofas to nap on. tv with basic cable in living room and both bedrooms. wi-fi internet access. loved having a washing machine and dryer, especially after those sandy days at the beach. backyard is like it's own little tropical oasis, fenced in for privacy, palm trees and tropical foliage abound. loved the outside shower among the foliage. covered patio area with tables, chairs, and a grill for your use. private lap pool, great for swimming laps, or just cooling off. fantastic location! walking distance to just about everything:: gulf shore beaches, many popular eateries. very safe area. community is beach resort without being overly tacky and commercialized, still many private homes on the main road (gulf blvd). you are surrounded by water on both sides, fine white sandy gulf beaches abound on one side and tampa bay on the other. they let us bring our dog! many grassy lots on the street for our pooch to do her business. very dog-friendly area, check out ella's cafe down the road, you can dine with your pooch on the patio and they even have a doggie menu! the fabulous fort de soto dog beach is just 30 mins away. we had tix to see u.s. mens soccer team at the gold cup at raymond james stadium in tampa, just 40 mins away (where the nfl buccaneers play). can't say enough great things about this place. fabulous location, and privacy. we'll be back.

This summer will be our 4th time staying here. We like having privacy and our own pool. House is comfortable and very clean. The owners are very helpful. We enjoy being close to the beach and the pier since our son loves to fish. It's close to places we like to go such as St Pete, John's Pass, Clearwater, etc. It is hard for us to consider going and staying somewhere else, so we keep coming back.
