Very quiet and modern 1-room-apartment with balco...ny (~36 m²) for 1-3.

Bus nr. 1 and 11, very quiet residential neighborhood; the autobahn behind it has been closed and a park constructed above it.
Possible Excursions:
The Donaupark (Danube park) close by has rowing club, tennis courts, sports facilities, thermal and outdoors pool, sauna, large lake and is the recreational area of Regensburg. The nature protection area with a size of 65 hectare has become a popular destination for locals and tourists, joggers, people doing bike tours, etc.
In summer, the beautiful lake with lots of spots to sit and rest and the banks of the Danube with the little beaches that were constructed there are inviting swimming areas.
There, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Out of the city, the bike path leads to Mariaort, Sinzing, Etterzhausen, Pielenhofen, and others.
The landscape and the view from the railway bridge spanning the Danube at Mariaort are extraordinary.
