Furnished in the rustic style but with all the modern comforts it has been converted in to idyllic home and is just a short drive from Florence.

External Description:

Villa Sunset is situated to the top of a hill and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool. This villa has a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside and offers an exceptional co...mfort due to all the new and most efficient systems. A pleasant covered loggia is situated in the garden, here you will find the BBQ and a dining area. We suggest to have a car to explore the beautiful countryside.

Internal Description:

Villa Sunset has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and it can accommodate 11 guests as an extra bed for a child can be set up next to the master bedroom.

On the ground floor you will find: the large living room with fireplace and dining area, the large and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an useful laundry area. On the first floor: one bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom, one bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs in the tower the master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom en suite (shower and bathtub). The dependance has been recently renovated and can accomodate other 2 guests in a twin bedroom with bathroom.

Included in the price: water, electricity until 200 KW per week, villa maintenance expenses, linen and towels. A weekly cleaning of 4 hours with linens and towels change is included too.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning 100,00 Euro. Food, beverages, telephone, heating, electricity over 200 KW per week, personal laundry, extra services by request.

Security Deposit: € 2.500,00 to be paid (or guaranteed by credit card) at check-in, refunded at check-out

  Met by our friendly host who immediately made us feel at ease, we soon came to realse what a truly special place villa sunset really is. Set high up on the hills in the olive groves the villa has a wonderful and peaceful setting surrounded by cypres trees and fruit trees laden with plumbs and apples.the villa is spacious set on 3 levels appointed and finished to the highest standard with great care and attention being given to the smallest of details. The rooms are imaginatively finished and comfortable. The pool and it's setting (looking out over the valley) leaves any desire or intent to go sightseeing round the surrounding countryside, left wanting. Why would you ever want leave this magical place?
  
  With the town 5 minutes away with small but adequate facilities, including supermarket, baker, excellent butcher and friendly bar, we rarely ventured out, buy for a day trip to Montalcino to stock up on some much needed Brunello. In short we had a wonderfully relaxing stay. We would return in a heartbeat.

  ein wunderbares antikes turmhaus mitten in der natur der toscana, nur 20 minuten von florenz entfernt. antik ist das haus nur von außen, innen modernisiert mit aller liebe zum detail. voller ecken und terrassen zum entdecken.man kann den sonnenuntergang bei einem glas wein am pool genießen.ausflüge, ausreiten und restaurants sind in der nähe. auch pc-anschluß vorhanden, für die, die nicht immer abschalten können oder wollen. dieses haus wird mir immer in erinnerung bleiben und ich hoffe es bald wieder zu besuchen.

  Un bellissimo podere antico, imerso in una posizione con vista orizonte-
  bellissimo;vedere il tramonto a bordo pscina, magari con un buon vino,ideale posizione pacifica, 20 min. da Firenze, natura, cavalcate, ristoranti e anche connessione wifi, una casa piena di terazze e angoli da scoprire, ideale in gruppo e famiglia.
