We were really enjoyed our second year staying in this roomy and comfortable condo.It's a great location, short driving distance to beach and shopping malls. Very quiet neighborhood. It has all the facilities ( Two swimming pools and tennis court). It's a perfect place for large groups and family reunions. We will definitely be returning next year!

This vacation rental more than exceeded our expectations. The Sanibel Village community provided us with on-site pool accomidations & was only a moments drive away from the beach & boardwalk. We found the community to be family friendly, clean & safe with many options to entertain from shopping at the expansive outlets to skee ball on the boardwalk this vacation far exceeded our expectations. The housing accomidation provided a full kitchen, laundry room, separate dining and living areas & two large bedrooms on the main level along with 1.5 baths. There is a full master suite along with two additional bedrooms and another full bath upstairs. The community is well kept and centrally located with lots of good places to eat in the area. My family & I plan to make this an annual vacation each year - great times & memories ! ! !

We almost thought we weren't going to be able to make it, since Hurricane Irene blessed us with her presence the day we were supposed to leave, however, we were lucky enough to leave the next day! It was our first time in Rehoboth Beach and we all absolutely loved it! The condo was so spacious and felt like a home away from home... With the amount of space that the condo provides, you never feel like you are cramped. There is everything you need at the condo and it is very inviting! The swimming pool is a few steps away and was a great way to relax. We loved the beach and boardwalk and all of the shops and dining on Rehoboth ave, which is only minutes away... Tanger Outlets are so dangerously close, but well worth the savings!! Our whole group loved it and we are looking forward to going back again! The owners are great and very easy to work with!

Costa Rica and Playa Flamingo wow!! The Flamingo Cove community was perfect with two pools, on-site supervisor, and security guards at the gate. This location was perfect we were so close to town and restraurnts, the condo was perfect, and the people were so friendly. This unit has a full kitchen and the master suite overlooks the gorgeous ocean view. Awking every morning to the waves and the view was incredible and I would have never thought there would be a walk-in closet at a vacation rental. We unpacked the first day and enjoyed everything! The grocery stores were easy to find, so we made breakfast right at home and usually packed a lunch which left plenty of $$ to explore for good local eats each night. Let's talk incredible incredible incredible beaches!! We went to several private beaches in the area and since we had a rental car the sky was the limit. Each beach had its own unique feel, was clean, and accessible. Some do involve driving on the beach or down a back dirt jungle road but well worth the trip! Local beaches include Playa Flamingo & Conchal. If you are willing to go "off the beaten path" there is a beach in any direction within 30 minutes of where you are staying! A few things to consider...gas stations are few and far between, the rental car company will get you for a mandatory insurance, and there is a "service fee" on all dining checks...w tipped on top of that fee when we had good service :) ! I wish we would have had 2 weeks instead of 1, there are National Parks, Volcanos, and so much to explore - these areas are 3+ hours away so plan carefully. We did the River Tour well worth it for around $50 us. Can't wait to get back, the condo felt like our home away from home, had everything you would need, and best of all we have memories that will last a lifetme!! Pura Vida Costa Rica!!! We loved it!!!

This was our second year renting this condo. It is very spacious with large living and dining areas where large groups can gather. The screened porch on the main level provides for smaller groups at the same time
The 5 bedrooms are large and comfortable and provide privacy for the several family groups in our extended family.With the convenience of several swimming pools close by and the beach an easy trip it is easy to get to all activities at Rehoboth Beach. We had a great time in Rehobeth Beach! Lots of space, perfect for large familys. Shopping is a couple minutes away, saved lots of money at the Tanger outlets. It was a blast!

We had yet again another great stay at this townhouse. We liked that it had a pool at the end of the street. We played tennis this year. It is a very convenient location to route 1 and the outlets, to drive to other beach towns, and the water park. We feel more relaxed staying here than renting something right at the beach because it is quieter and less crowded. The drive is easy to the boardwalk and beach and we never had any problem parking at any time of day there is a lot of turnover for spots. We didn't rent a weekly parking pass because the metered spots were closer to the beach. The place itself is very spacious and clean. We went there with another family and our 2 babysitters and had ample room. The laundry on site is great and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware etc. We chose to stay here for a second year because it really met our needs as an active family who wanted all the room.

We rented this home late after a small family gathering at the beach turned into a large family week vacation for my wife and I, our four children, their 3 spouses and 5 of our grandchildren.The condo was quite spacious and well arranged for both privacey and large and large gatherings. Pools nearby were nice alternative to beach. Elevator was great for the elderly grandparents. The screened porch (deck) gave a break from a/C . Furniture was plentiful and comfortable.

We had 15 people in our group and this rental suited us perfectly. Rental was very spacious. Two rooms on first floor of rental worked well for those in our party who couldn't do steps well. We loved the pool and tennis court. The owners are super to work with! Would recommend this rental to others.

We were very surprised how much room there was in this rental. We were able to comfortably fit 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Our only issues are that the air-conditioner didn't get as cold as we prefer and the location was a bit tough for us. That was only because it was Memorial Day weekend, so we had to drive through lots of traffic to go to the beach.
Everything else was easy and I got my security deposit back quickly. -

This huge townhouse/ condo was perfect for me and my family. This is the most convenient location. We were able to park easily close to the beach and loved the fact that we had three pools to choose from made each day just a great new adventure.. We loved going to the full day water park and all the great restaurants. The two floors of living was perfect for our large family of 11. It was so convenient to eat-in for breakfast and lunch every day. and Having laundry facilities worked out very well too. We are defintiely considering a second stay, but trying to figure out when!"

We were able to park easily close to the beach and loved the fact that we had a pool in the complex as an alternative. We loved going to the full day water park and all the great restaurants.
