5B Hickman St.- Ocean block town home located in South Rehoboth. This is a three story unit that provides ocean views from the front balconies. The layout on the first floor includes two bedrooms and a shared hall bathroom. The second floor is an open living, dining and kitchen area. There is a screened porch and half bath off the kitchen. Nice house overall. However the beds are so hard that my entire family complained they had a hard time sleeping. Very convenient to the beach & town. Plenty of room.
