This studio apartment is the perfect getaway for two! Located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, the studio offers quick access to restaurants, shops and beaches, while also providing privacy at the end of the day. Couples, you will find that this is a great location at a great price, and the perfect place to get away from it all and spend time together.

The cozy studio is situated on our property, approximately 30 feet behind the main house. It is a stand-alone studio which shares a private, fenced-in yard surrounded by forest. The main house is our beach cottage, where we stay for 6-7 weeks in the summer. If you need anything during your stay, be it a dining recommendation or a not-so-well-known beach location, you'll know where to find us!
The studio is a 14x24 unit, which contains a living/sleeping area with a king-sized bed and dresser/tv cabinet; a kitchenette with sink, refridgerator, and microwave; a medium-sized bath with tiled shower stall, sink, and water closet; and a closet, accessible from both the living/sleeping area and bathroom.
The studio has cable television and internet access.
Property has a large slate patio with adirondack chairs and barbecue grill. Hammock also available!
You can exit the rear gate of the property, walk the trail, and be at a neighboring horse farm within 5 minutes! Or walk across the road in front of the main house and watch beautiful horses at yet another horse farm!
