106B Philadelphia St.- Two story, single family home located approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. The first floor of the home includes an open living, kitchen and dining area. There is a half bath downstairs and one full bath upstairs. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a fully enclosed outside shower with a mirror and a pedestal sink. There is off street parking for 1 car and the owner provides 2 on street parking permits.

This house is perfect on all levels - it is a great location in terms of the beach, boardwalk rides, restaurants and shops. The house is clean and includes alot of extras such as high chairs, bed rails, plenty of kitchen things. The owners live out back and they couldn't be nicer or more helpful. And it is reasonably priced. We have been staying here for 4 years and the kids considered it "our" beach house.
