17 Hickman Street- Spacious ocean block home located in South Rehoboth. The floor plan includes a first floor master suite and an open living, dining and kitchen area. The second floor provides an additional two master suites with one of these suites having a balcony overlooking the back yard. Additionally, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Left on 10/17/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We have stayed in this house before & liked it a lot. It is very comfortable & Accomodating for our family of 10. (adults & kids) we like the access to the beach, town & the room to park several cars. We did have some kitchen plumbing problems both times we stayed here so the dishwasher & disposal could probably use an update. That would really be great. Having to call a plumber is not much fun on vacation. Otherwise, besides earthquakes & Hurricaines, it was all good!

We stayed at 17 Hickman for our annual beach trip with our children and grandchildren. The house was very pleasant and easy to enjoy. It was convenient to bring our things in and out of and to quickly get settled into. Our realtor is always a wonderful connection to the best houses for us to rent. My only complaint is that I like to be a little bit closer to the beach end of the block. If I could pick the house up and out it at the other end of the street that would make it perfect. We even had enough parking for all our cars.
