35 Maryland Ave.- Two story single family home located approximately 1.25 blocks to the beach. Master bedroom and bath located on the first with an additional sleeping available in the den. The living, kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. There is an enclosed porch off the kitchen. Everyone will enjoy the private pool! The second floor includes two master bedrooms, and two bedrooms that share a hall bath. There is off street parking for 3 cars plus 1 on street parking pass.

This is a Friday to Friday rental.

      Mostly wonderful

      This is a great house and had just the right amount of space for our extended family. Especially liked the ensuite room on the first floor for our elderly guest. Only issues were that we came early in the season and the heat was not working properly. It wasn't fixed, but luckily the weather got warmer. Also, the cable was not installed yet upstairs, but we managed with the 3 TVs on the first floor. The pool was not yet ready either. In any case, we'd definitely stay there again!

      Heaven On Earth

      35 Maryland is a fantastic rental home. The home was large enough to accomodate our entire family. The pool was a huge hit with the children. Also, The location is perfect! You are approx. one block from the beach and Rehoboth ave. We hope to return to our "Heaven On Earth" each year.

      It was a perfect week, except for the weather

      The house is beautiful, and it is a perfect location. There were 9 adults and a baby, and we had plenty of room. The only complaint would be that some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, the house was perfect.

      Great Family Vacation for 4 generations

      This was a great rental for a family vacation. We had four generations including a 94 yr. old grandfather with a walker who needed a first floor bedroom. The pool was the real hit of the vacation with the kids. They only went to the beach twice.
      House was large, nicely decorated and easily accommodated all 9 of us. Although it was only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, for the price, we would have liked an ocean view.

      Exceeded Expectations

      The house has everything you would want for a large group or family - lots of bathrooms, a good sized kitchen, and a big living room. The condition is well kept and clean. The pool with it's variety of pool toys was a constant source of fun and relaxation. Lastly, the location is outstanding. We rarely had to use a vehicle to get where we wanted to go. The price is high but worth it.
