37 Maryland Ave.- Two story single family home located approximately 1.25 blocks to the beach. Master bedroom and bath located on the first with an additional sleeping available in the den. The living, kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. There is an enclosed porch off the kitchen. Everyone will enjoy the private pool! The second floor includes two master bedrooms, and two bedrooms that share a hall bath. There is off street parking for 3 cars and 2 on street parking permits are provided.

This home is beautiful, has a multitude of beds, with each bedroom having their own tv. Three bedrooms have their own full sized bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and a nice selection of cookware. Having a pool in the backyard is awesome and going to the beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away. Ou can walk everywhere to restaurants and activities. We've rented this home wo years in a row. I highly recommend this place!
