39 Surf Ave- Ocean block single family with ocean views off of the deck. A historic home with a traditional Rehoboth Beach style. One bedroom is located on the first floor off of the kitchen. There is a very spacious, living, dinging and kitchen area on the first floor. The second floor includes four additional bedrooms. There is off street parking for four cars.

The location of this home is to die for!! You can sit on the screened in porch or open deck and look out over the ocean!
Clearly the location is the best feature of this home.
The interior is all un-painted wood and therefore is very dark. The downstairs is very spacious although the family room furniture is not all that comfortable. The bedrooms/bathrooms are a good size. Two things we have suggested for years on surveys after we have stayed in that home are locks on the bathroom doors (this is a problem!) and more/better deck furniture. We have stayed here every summer for the past 4 years and love it!
