The building offers parking for 2 cars per unit and there is a shared roof top deck and washer/dryer. The building is located one block to the beach and boardwalk. There is an open living area and updated kitchen. The fourth bedroom/den is a private room located off the living area.

Our family and a couple of their teenaged friends had a great stay over their high school spring break. The tennis courts were within a 15 minute walk, and the beach is about a block away. The shops are right down the street and the house parking was excellent. This is a slightly older home with small bedrooms, but we spent most of our time outdoors and enjoying the amenities of the town. It was priced very nicely for our family's needs. If not looking for luxury, but a comfortable, clean place to hang out at the beach, I think you would like this home.

We've been in this lovely house several times over the years. With small grandchildren, the location is good, house is clean, and we love the rooftop balcony.

We were on the first floor of this duplex. The duplex was very adequate with adequate parking. The condition of the house was very good. The only problem was that there was a large group of children on the second floor and they must have been playing soccer or football up there because at times it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. We mentioned it to them twice but it did not seem to have any effect.
