This was the 2nd year i have rented the home for my family. We have vacationed in Rehoboth since the early 60's and this home reminds me of the older homes from the early days of my Rehoboth Experience. It is full of beach charm and offers a basic clean atmosphere. With that said here are some pluses and cons regarding 11 Pennsylvania. There are 3 bedrooms that sleep a total of 10 guest. 4 in one room Single beds, 4 in the master upstairs room 1 king 2 twins and 2 twin beds in the final room. The kictchen is small and makes for difficult meal preperation for large numbers so planing will be necessary. There is a small dining room that holds 4 -6 for meals. As well the downstairs bathroom could be updated but all the bathrooms and the outside shower are in good working condition. There is a nice large back yard for kids to play and adults to relax. The front porch is very nice and can accomandate roll away beds if needed. There is wireless internet and a/C along with DVD player and cable TV.
The best feature of this house is its location... 5 houses to the beach (with little ones this is a plus) and 1.5 blocks to the end of the North Side of the boardwalk. This location allows you to park the car and only drive out when going to the grocery. Plan correctly and you never have to leave. The house is charming and really is a beach expereince. If you are in need of Luxury, I would look elsewhere. I rent the house for 3 weeks every summer and at this point as long as I can rent it I will.
