All families can make wonderful memories at the beach at this 4 bedroom plus loft, 3.5 bath townhouse! Located just off Route 1 across from Rehoboth Avenue, this house is just minutes from the Rehoboth boardwalk (2 miles), Dewey, Lewes, or Bethany.

Our spacious townhouse was recently updated with new paint and kitchen supplies. We have Wi-Fi, cable, and three televisions (two of them are good sized flat screen high definition TV's). Our home also has a washer and dryer off of the kitchen as well as a gas grill on the patio off of the screened in porch. There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the house, a one-car garage, and oth...er parking available in the neighborhood. The community has a swimming pool and sport court.

The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and duplex townhouses in Rehoboth Beach. We are very conveniently located behind Jungle Jim's Water park. There is a Dart Shuttle Bus that stops across the street from our home during the summer season. For a small fee to ride the shuttle, you don't have to worry about finding parking at the beach. The Dart Shuttle can take you to the beach (there is a drop off right at the Rehoboth boardwalk), outlet shopping, or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, approximately every 15- 20 minutes, and run from early morning until late evening during the summer season.

FIRST FLOOR: Our home has a master suite on the first floor with a private full bath, queen sized bed and TV. The family room has a couch with a pull out bed and a 40 inch flat screen HDTV. The kitchen and dining area are recently updated with paint and kitchen wares. You will be able to serve up some special meals for your family and friends! You can also enjoy the day and evening out on the screened-in patio sharing the days' events and discussing plans for the next day. There is a gas grill on the patio.

UPSTAIRS: There is a second master suite with a private bath, queen sized bed, and a 32 inch flat screen HDTV. Next door to the master is a delightful kids' room with a twin/double bunk bed. Down the hall past the recently decorated full bathroom you will find the fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed. We also have a double bed in the loft for an extra sleeping area.

Please note that no linens are provided(e.g., bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.). Guests must bring their own linens.

Pets are not allowed in our house.

Conveniently located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor community just off Route 1 and across from Rehoboth Avenue. During the summer months, the Dart Shuttle Bus stops across the street from our house and provides easy access to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

  We stayed here in July 2012 after finding this through tripadvisor (flipkey.com). My husband pulled up the car, and I went to unlock the front door. Well, I returned to the car with a big smile on my face since this vacation rental was much nicer than what the pictures depicted online. The sleeping loft was much larger than expected, and all four bedrooms were good sized. We stayed here along with my sister-in-law's family for a week, so there were two families. The contract stated that it slept up to 12 people. Well, it was so convenient to have two master bedrooms when having two families stay together. The teenagers, of course used the bathroom mirrors excessively, so it was great to have 3.5 bathrooms. Actually, we could have used a mirror in the kids' bedroom so the teenagers would have not have monopolized the bathrooms as much, but next time I might bring an extra mirror (lol). The kitchen was fairly well stocked with plates/pots/flatware, and I just wished it had a bigger boiling pot for steaming clams. The washer and dryer were convenient. The stop for the bus to the boardwalk was right across the street, so the teenagers could travel there for about $2 without the adults along. We had such great family bonding time which the adults enjoyed. The kids loved the wifi the most. This was a convenient location, and a reasonable price as well. The furniture was comfortable (sturdy bunk bed, etc). The rental is nicely decorated and painted. We used the grill, screened in porch, and also stored beach gear in the garage. The owner was so well organized and promt with e-mail, that renting it was a pleasant experience. We hope to return next summer and absolutely loved spending our vacation week here!

  Thank you Paul and Jina for sharing your home with us. I knew from the pictures and description that it would be a nice place but I was still so pleasantly surprised the minute I walked in the door. Although the pictures posted are lovely they don't accurately depict just how beautiful this home is. It is so clean, so tastefully decorated and very well equipped. There is a nice sized pantry, a washer & dryer, a grill...all the comforts of home. The pool and tennis court are just a short walk and both are very well kept. Also, the Park & Ride is right across the street and for $2.10 per day/per person you can ride to the beach/boardwalk an unlimited number of times until 2:30 am. Considering that parking at the beach is next to impossible and the meter price is $.25/10 min. the bus is a wonderful way to go. I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect place to stay (months actually) and it was well worth it. This is a place I want to go back to again and again.

  Beautiful Home!

  We loved our time at this house! It was very clean and spacious, and it was super convenient that the dart shuttle bus stopped right across the street from the house and it was only a 10 minute ride to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans, and other cooking supplies. We also were happy that the house is in a quiet neighborhood.

  Thank you for the nice review! Just a quick point of clarification for readers of this review about the Dart Shuttle bus - it runs only during the summer season. This guest's latest stay of October was referenced in the review, but they also stayed earlier in the year when the shuttle bus was running and that is why they referenced the Dart Shuttle Bus.
