Vacation apartment Gisela in Remagen (in the town’s Oberwinter district), between Bonn and Koblenz, almost at the foot of the Rolandsbogen and the Arp Museum Railway Station Rolandseck, is located in an old brick building of 1900, in comfortable ambiance with good taste.

Convenient location. Cultural Highlights: Arp-Museum Railway Station Rolandseck, 1 km away, Bridge of Remagen 2 km away, ferry to Bad Honnef/Siebengebirge 1 km, boat tours on the Rhine possible. Former capital Bonn at 15 km distance. Koblenz, Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler (Casino), NĂĽrburgring easy to reach, by car or train.

From the apartment, you can quickly and comfortably get to Bonn, start out to hikes or bike tours along the Rhine and in its surroundings. Particularly well-suited for fans of motor boats, as it’s located right at the marina and the Rhine.

People visiting conferences or fairs in Bonn, Bad Godesberg or Remagen aren’t far, either, and can let the day end with a view of the Siebengebirge.

Restaurants, cafés, banks, shops, doctor’s offices are all to be found in the vicinity, in the romantic, historic center of town, just two minutes of walking away.

More travel info about Remagen: Remagen is a town in Germany in Rhineland-Palatinate, in the district of Ahrweiler. It is about a one hour drive from Cologne (Koeln), just south of Bonn, the former West German capital. It is situated on the River Rhine. There is a ferry across the Rhine from Remagen every 10–15 minutes in the summer. Remagen has many beautiful and well-maintained buildings, churches, castles and monuments. It also has a sizeable pedestrian zone with plenty of shops.
