*The Villa*
There is everything that you will need for your time off, and the villa is equipped to accomodate easily 8 persons.
At ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, easily accessible to persons with kinetic disabilities.
There is a large living room with a fire place leading to the spacious veranda and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge and an oven.
At lower ground floor, there is 1 large bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
And at the first floor there is a main bedroom with a wall cupboard bed, and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.

My wife read about Phaistos Crete on the Web; we initially thought that it would be odd to rent a villa in Crete and not staying in a hotel. But the price was attractive - half the price during august with all the discounts from any other rental in the area of Crete - so we decided to spend our holidays. We are so glad we did.

The place is sitting on a small hill and you have to take a steep uproad for 300 meters from the entrance; initially when we booked, we were affraid that it will not be as we expected-with all the photos and videos and stuff- so we were thinking about it all the time. Fortunately, it turned out to be a charming place to stay for our Spring break and we spent a week that turned out to be very nice. We are thinking of going again next year for our Summer holidays.
