We stayed here in late October over Halloween. What a great time we had. I'm not sure if it was the location or the moment, but it was truly wonderful.
First... the house. We were literally 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom, and yet this is a quiet, gated community with great views of the golf course, with lots of amenities within a 2 minute drive.
The heated pool was sweet during this time of year as the water could have been a bit chilly. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen, bedrooms, and entire set-up was better than I'm used to, frankly. I enjoyed watching golfers better than me make some terrible shots.
As for the resort, it's almost like Disney itself. Pools everywhere. A sweet lazy river ride and kids area. Unfortunately the kids waterpark was being repaired while we were there, but it looked kinda cool as they were testing it.
I got to play a couple of the courses and while I hacked it up, it was nice playing on some world class courses. I played the forgiving arnold Palmer course and the much-tougher Jack Nicklaus course, but never got a shot at the Tom Watson course.
Once you stay in a place like this, you never want to hotel-it ever again.
